Dear users, dear authors,
What do you think of designs in white , gray , and black , accented with a few blue details? Just give it a try.

@Authors,
2–3 patterns per author are enough. Don’t forget to include a link, an image, and the usual information.

The 1980s were really something special fashion-wise...
... but what has stuck around and is still (or already again) on trend is puff sleeves!
Such beautifully romantic sweaters can be worn in any season!

The yarn used—a blend of silk, mohair, camel, and merino—enhances the lightness of this sweater! Silkhair or something similar also works perfectly!
The boat neckline does its part too.

This project is absolutely suitable for beginners, as the pattern is kept very simple.

All patterns used are described in detail—stitch by stitch,
and a chart in knitting chart form also helps with the knitting process.

This pattern is designed for sizes S-M and L-XL.
However, the included schematic and the gauge make it possible to work any size!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Who says knitted pieces can’t be elegant?
Far from it! This long top is the perfect companion for any candlelight dinner or a night at the opera!

The pattern is kept simple, but the special cut and the slit at the back create the effect!

This pattern is designed for sizes 36/38 and 40/42.
However, the included pattern template and gauge make it possible to make any size!

A detailed chart also guides you through joining the back and front pieces.

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Cardigan/Knitted Jacket Gita - Sizes 36 to 42 One Size

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

The stitch patterns used here are absolutely simple (only knit and purl stitches). The collar shaping requires a little attention.

The illustrated pattern with stitch- and row-by-row instructions is based on a gauge of approx. 14.5 sts = approx. 10 cm with size 6.0 knitting needles. The pattern does not include a knitting course, but it does include helpful link tips.

We need
225 g KidSilk by Austermann, color 40 Emerald, 75% kid mohair, 25% silk, information according to the ball band: needles 3–4, 18 sts x 26 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm, hand wash, 25 g – 225 m yardage; alternative yarns: e.g. Kid-Seta (Schulana) or Kid Mohair/KidSilk (Adriafil) – the same quantity in each case for the total back length knitted here of approx. 71 cm. This material is knitted with the yarn held double. Additional alternative yarns are listed in the pattern.

Used here: size 6.0 knitting needles, pins, measuring tape, yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors, stitch markers, possibly a row counter.

Here is the pattern for the accessories shown above:

Crochet pattern for scarf/loop and headband PLAYFUL in a simple shell pattern

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

The scarf can also be sewn together and worn as a loop (twice around the neck), likewise in all seasons . Add the matching hairband, and you have a pretty (gift) set.

Experienced crocheters can crochet both quickly in one weekend.

I made the set with summery cotton yarn, here Schachenmayr Cotton Bamboo, 50% cotton / 50% viscose,50 g – 120 m, needle size according to the ball band 3 - 4, crochet hook size 4.0 used here; gauge according to the ball band 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Yarn required / finished measurements:

  • 150 g for the scarf/loop: approx. 14 cm x 140 cm – length variable
  • 50 g for the headband - size variable
The 8-page PDF pattern is illustrated, but requires the following basic crochet skills:
chain stitches, double crochet, single crochet, crocheting in rows. A link with explanations of the basic skills is included in the PDF.

Difficulty level: easy – also suitable for experienced beginners.

Barbie dolls look great in gray and black, too! Here’s an oversized sweater paired with black pants. Both pieces have a very simple shape, so even beginners can crochet them. The sweater was crocheted using Estivo II in light gray, and the pants were made with Catania Fine in black and a 2.0 mm crochet hook.

And here’s a fur jacket with a matching hat in white or blue for Barbie. Of course, it’s not made from real animal fur—it’s crocheted from fluffy yarn! Barbie also wears a loop scarf made from sock yarn.
The jacket can also be crocheted to any length you like—for example, as a coat.

A stole in dark gray looks very elegant. It goes well with everything, and you’ll be well dressed for any elegant occasion.
You’ll need: 4-ply sock yarn, at least 500 m of it, 4 mm knitting needles, and a bit of experience with lace patterns.

You can find the pattern here.

A gray infinity scarf goes with everything, too. It’s quick to knit and not hard at all. A simple textured pattern with a few lace rows in between—that’s all.

Here you can find the pattern.

Cute little bears for your loved ones!
Quick, easy, beginner-friendly!
  • Keychain
  • Christmas tree decoration
  • Bag charm
  • Small gift

The little bears require only a small amount of yarn – a great way to use leftover yarn.
Difficulty level: easy
Size:
 depending on the yarn, e.g.:
With yarn yardage 125 m / 50 g, each little bear will be approx. 7 cm in diameter,
with crochet thread yardage 300 m / 50 g, it will be approx. 3.5 cm.
You need:
  • Yarn (leftover yarn) in your desired color, a little black and white yarn for the eyes and nose (for the polar bear, light blue yarn is needed instead of white)
  • Crochet hook in the appropriate size
  • Stuffing
  • Blunt sewing needle and scissors
  • A key ring or a snap hook

Pattern contents: Step-by-step illustrated e-book with 8 pages + printable version with 4 pages. I hope you have lots of fun crocheting! And here is the pattern.

Gorgeous checkered bag in gray and black
It offers plenty of space, and thanks to its subtle color scheme,
it goes perfectly with any outfit. The combination of the sophisticated

    A truly extraordinary eye-catcher.

Required skills: Chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet

Detailed description as a PDF file with crochet chart for the bag bottom, text, and step-by-step photos.
