Aren’t they cute?
Winter isn’t over yet! If you’ve been missing the snow this year, you can crochet your own little snowflakes with the Winter Children. That way, you’ll have another wintery decoration that has nothing to do with Christmas. The snowflakes will be about 12 cm tall if you use the recommended yarn. Since there’s chenille wire inside the arms and legs, you can bend the limbs.
Materials:
  • Leftover cotton yarn (yardage approx. 125 m/50 g, e.g. Catania by Schachenmayr or Camilla by Woll Butt) in soft apricot and white
  • Fluffy yarn (e.g. Doudou by Lang Yarns, yardage 155 m / 50 g) in white
  • Silver glitter yarn (e.g. Four Seasons Glitter, yardage 110 m/25 g)
  • Doll hair yarn (e.g. Fluffy by Woll Butt) or white mohair yarn for the hair
  • Crochet hook size 2.5
  • Polyester stuffing
  • 1 large sewing needle for weaving in ends and sewing the pieces together
  • 1 pointed embroidery needle for embroidering the face
  • Embroidery floss in black and red
  • Chenille wire

When it’s really frosty outside, even Barbie dolls don’t want to freeze and need to be bundled up warm. With a fur jacket and a matching fur hat and scarf, the frost won’t bother them at all. It goes without saying that no (cuddly) animal has to die for the fur, because everything is crocheted by the doll’s grandma out of fluffy wool!
All you need is a few pieces of leftover yarn and a 2.5 mm crochet hook. The pattern for the fur jacket is very simple, so you can easily adjust the length or width depending on whether the doll will be wearing something underneath. Click here to go to the pattern!

A dragon in fiery colors—you can almost feel the fiery breath of the beast! The bookmark will be especially popular with boys who enjoy knight stories and fantasy novels. It is also very popular as a party favor at children's birthday parties. A few bits of leftover yarn in red and yellow are enough, and you'll have crocheted a wonderful little gift in no time!

Cozy pieces not just for those who are always cold:

Cardigan/knitted jacket Gita - sizes 36 to 42 One Size

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

A lightweight knitted piece for all seasons – whether worn over or under – simple, with an eye-catching collar area. Both patterns used are absolutely easy (only knit and purl stitches). The collar design requires a bit of care. Unlike the “Margit” model, the sleeves are knitted with a sleeve cap. The length is variable.

The illustrated pattern with stitch- and row-by-row instructions is based on a gauge of approx. 14.5 sts = approx. 10 cm with size 6.0 knitting needles. Because of the jacket’s relaxed shape and stretch, one stitch more or less is not so crucial. If your gauge differs more significantly, please choose a larger or smaller needle size. The pattern does not include a knitting tutorial, but it does include relevant link tips.

We need
225 g KidSilk by Austermann, color 40 emerald, 75% kid mohair, 25% silk, information according to the ball band: needle size 3–4, 18 sts x 26 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm, hand wash, 25 g – 225 m yardage;
alternative yarns are listed in the pattern.

Used here: knitting needles size 6.0, pins, measuring tape, yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors, stitch markers, row counter if needed.

Well, if these colors combined with the trendy pattern don’t
bring to mind the "frosty" winter season... ;-)

Along with infinity scarves and regular scarves, neck warmers are a great alternative for keeping warm in winter...
... you can never have enough of them.

Here, 2 techniques come together - and harmonize beautifully:
Tartan + Tapestry

Who says the tartan technique only shines in knitwear? - Far from it!
Crocheted projects can be wonderfully jazzed up too!

The method looks sophisticated, but is so easy to work that even beginners will enjoy it!

A detailed step-by-step explanation guides you through the crochet pattern.
For clarity, 1 crochet chart can be found in the pattern.
In addition, a template with an integrated diagram helps guide you through the crochet process.

The tartan technique is also described in detail and illustrated (16 images).
The tapestry technique is explained separately as well.

The rolled-out scarf has a size of about 34 x 105 cm.
However, it can easily be worked smaller or larger as needed.
The included template and the gauge help with that!

And here’s where you’ll find the pattern and more details...

Decorative coasters "Little Snowflakes" fit the theme "Frosty" very well:
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/34378/deko-untersetzer-kleine-schneeflocken
The decorative coasters "Little Snowflakes" (with a diameter of approx. 10 cm) can be beautifully placed on a festive table as coasters for candle holders, or used as door and window decorations. Not much yarn is needed to make one snowflake, so they can be crocheted from leftover yarn.

Coaster Set "Summer Color" is crocheted in bright, fiery colors.
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/30009/untersetzer-set-sommerfarbe
So that glasses with cool drinks don't leave water stains in summer, these coasters are very practical. The coasters are perfect for summer, hot days, or a party. Various summer colors make the table in the garden or on the patio look beautifully decorated.
