The “Dream about Summer” shawl is wonderfully suited as a spring shawl thanks to its airy openwork pattern.

It is a shawl with a pattern repeat that keeps recurring, so it can be crocheted with any yarn and in any size.

It is a richly illustrated step-by-step pattern, and it also includes a crochet chart.

All you need to know are chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet.

Click here for the pattern! :)

I hope you enjoy making it.

This is how spring can arrive:

Crochet pattern for the FARBENSPIEL triangular shawl

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Cheerfully colorful – in your favorite colors (or even using up leftovers), this triangular shawl can be crocheted quickly in just a few evenings – suitable for beginners.

These crochet skills are enough:
chain stitches, single crochet and slip stitches (all explained with pictures)

Materials:
Basically, you can use any yarn you like with the matching hook size; especially wonderful for thin yarns, lace yarns / gradient yarns (e.g. yarn cakes).

For the size crocheted here, I used: a total of approx. 350 g Limone/Catania cotton yarn with a 3.5 mm crochet hook.

A beautiful triangular shawl knitted in a patchwork pattern
is something special!

Patchwork shawl pattern

For this, you need yarn with a long color gradient, depending on the size of the shawl
200-300 g and size 3 knitting needles

The pattern is detailed and includes many pictures.

It takes a little longer to make, but it’s also
extremely fun.

We need them in every season and every quality...
... the triangle shawls!
Hardly any accessory perks up a supposedly boring outfit as much as our shawls.

The pattern used looks complex, but is so easy to work,
that even beginners will enjoy it!

A detailed step-by-step explanation guides you through the crochet pattern.
Row by row and stitch by stitch are explained.
To make it clearer, the pattern includes 1 chart in crochet chart form.

The size of the shawl is approximately 180 x 100 cm.
However, it can be made smaller or larger as needed—with little effort.
The specified gauge helps with that!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Triangular Shawl "Miach"

The shawl is worked from the bottom up. It is made with a 1000 m 3-ply yarn cake and a
size 3 needle/hook. Of course, you can also use any other yarn with a suitable needle/hook.
My shawl has
a size of 180 cm x 75 cm. The pattern is also suitable for beginners.
It is written, with
pictures and a chart.
