Wonderful for cuddling on the sofa: Knuffi the Cuddle Pillow.
Its finished size is approx. 45 x 45 cm, measured without the head and paws.

The pillow is crocheted like a cover and is suitable for a 40 x 40 cm pillow insert.

This “cozy loop scarf” is knitted from kid mohair with silk,
and is therefore extremely light and warm.

Pattern for the cozy loop scarf

The very easy pattern is also perfectly
suited for knitting beginners,
it is knitted using only knit and purl stitches.

For yarn, 50 g of Silkhair is needed for each color, plus a size 5 circular knitting needle

Made with alpaca yarn: warm and cozy

Crochet pattern + knitting pattern
Soul warmer and cuffs - crocheted to look knitted - easy

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

One size - quick and easy

Whether crocheted or knitted: a cozy piece like this is in demand all year round, whether on cool summer days, as an outdoor jacket in the transitional season, or on the couch in winter.

And yes, the crochet pattern looks knitted and is just as cuddly soft.
But knitters also get their money's worth. The stitch definition is very similar.

The PDF pattern is thoroughly illustrated over 23 pages and includes both the crochet pattern and the knitting pattern for the soul warmer and the arm/leg warmers.

The stitches used are explained with pictures.
So general crochet or knitting skills are sufficient.

Basically, any yarn you like can be used. However, the amount of yarn can vary greatly depending on your choice of yarn and needle/hook size. Details are given in the pattern. My yarn usage when using an alpaca yarn, 50 g – 100 m, according to the label for needle size 3–4, but used here: crochet hook size 8.0

  • for the soul warmer, approx. 500 g in the crochet version
(approx. 800 g in the knitting version with needles size 6.0),
  • for the cuffs, approx. 100 g in both versions
I hope you have lots of fun making it and enjoy a truly cozy feeling with the finished piece.

A poncho with a loop like this also brings out those cozy feelings:

Crochet pattern for a poncho with a Möbius cowl collar (loop) - wonderfully simple

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Quick and easy to crochet...
in your desired size with your desired yarn, deciding while crocheting how large the poncho should be – you simply stop crocheting whenever it feels right.

The poncho and Möbius scarf are made with thick gradient yarn 100 g – 100 m and an 8.0 crochet hook. Yarn required for both pieces here is approx. 700 g.

The PDF pattern includes the poncho and Möbius scarf and is illustrated, but is not a crochet course in itself.

These crochet skills are needed:
chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches, crocheting in rows, crocheting in rounds.

Of course, warm socks are a must for cozy feelings—how about some slightly thicker socks made from 6-ply sock yarn:

Knitting pattern
Socks made from 6-ply yarn - tutorial with charts for all sizes

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Socks made from 6-ply sock yarn are a little thicker – and therefore warmer – and, most of all, quicker to knit than socks made from 4-ply yarn. They are usually preferred for house and bed socks, hut slippers, or also for hiking in mountain boots. Men love socks like these in work shoes.

This is basically a sock-knitting tutorial, shown in detail with pictures using children's socks size 32/33.

All other sizes can be knitted according to the corresponding chart information for 6-ply sock yarn .

Included in the download :

  • PDF sock knitting pattern - illustrated step by step (22 pages)
  • Baby sock chart for 6-ply sock yarn for newborns up to shoe size 20
  • Sock chart for 6-ply sock yarn, children's socks up to adult shoe size 47
We need
1 ball = 150 g (yardage approx. 420 m to 450 m) up to shoe size 44; 200 g – 250 g from size 45 of a 6-ply sock yarn, set of double-pointed needles 3.5; row counter is helpful; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends.

Note:
For 4-ply sock yarns, there is a separate sock-knitting tutorial with corresponding charts here in my shop at https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/5603/sockenstrick-lehrgang-fuer-4-faediges-garn-alle-groessen-fuer-baby-kinder-damen-herrensocken

Here’s another elegant, cuddly-soft jacket:

Cardigan/Knitted Jacket Gita - Sizes 36 to 42 One Size

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

A lightweight knitted piece for all seasons – whether worn over or underneath – simple, with an eye-catching collar area. Both patterns used are absolutely easy (only knit and purl stitches). The collar design requires a bit of attention (difficulty level: intermediate).

The illustrated pattern with stitch- and row-by-row instructions is based on a gauge of approx. 14.5 sts = approx. 10 cm with size 6.0 knitting needles. The pattern does not include a knitting course,
but it does include relevant link tips.

We need
225 g KidSilk by Austermann, color 40 Emerald, 75% kid mohair, 25% silk. Alternative yarns: e.g., Kid-Seta (Schulana) or Kid Mohair/KidSilk (Adriafil) – the same quantity for the total back length knitted here of approx. 71 cm. This material is knitted with the yarn held double. Additional alternative yarns are listed in the pattern.

Used here: size 6.0 knitting needles, pins, measuring tape, yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors, stitch marker, row counter if needed.

You simply have to cuddle with this fluffy kitten! It is crocheted using only single crochet stitches. I recommend fluffy yarn (Phil douce by Phildar) so it turns out nice and plush. In the pattern, you’ll also get tips for working with this yarn. (But if you don’t dare try this yarn, you can also use acrylic yarn instead (e.g., Bravo by Schachenmayr) and brush it fluffy with a brush after crocheting. Well, are you in the mood for cuddling now? Then download the pattern right

Just like the kitten, the little lamb made of fluffy yarn is wonderfully cuddly and especially popular around Easter. You can add a musical movement so it can fall asleep alongside your little one. Here, too, only single crochet stitches are used, and you can use acrylic yarn instead of fluffy yarn as well.

When it’s cold outside, Barbie dolls like to be nice and cozy too! So why not crochet something lovely for them? In this fluffy fur jacket with a matching hat and crocheted cowl, they’ll be wrapped up warm and chic. The jacket has a very simple shape, so it can easily be adjusted in width or length if your Barbie is a bit curvier. The pattern is also suitable for crochet beginners. If you don’t want to use fluffy yarn, you can of course also crochet the jacket using sock yarn or mohair yarn.

This cuddly warm cardigan is knitted from merino wool with an alpaca blend. It is soft and still fits the body beautifully, thanks to the stitch pattern.

The cardigan is worked top-down with raglan shaping and has two pockets. The pattern is written for sizes 38–42. Difficulty level: intermediate. Knitting experience is recommended, even though everything is well explained and shown with photos.

This children's jacket with a hood and pockets is also knitted from cuddly soft merino wool with an alpaca blend. The pattern describes all steps in detail and with photos. The jacket will fit for a while as the child grows and fits sizes 92 to 104.

It is knitted raglan from the top down and therefore has almost no seams. Only the pockets need to be sewn on one side on the inside.

Difficulty level: medium - knitting experience should already be present

Babies love a warm, soft cuddly blanket. This one even has hearts on it. It is knitted from extra-fine and very soft merino wool.

Of course, the blanket can also be knitted in a larger size, for example for older children.

The pattern is well explained and illustrated, so even beginners with basic knowledge can give it a try.

This super-soft hat-and-loop set is knitted from an especially fluffy yarn. It has also been made extra cushy with air-cushion stitches. This keeps it wonderfully warm.

The set is very easy to knit using the pattern—even for beginners with basic skills.

With the Loop KJELLRUN, the cozy factor knows no bounds
, because the alpaca yarn is truly ultra-soft! I love patterns with a raised texture, and in this case the yarn and pattern work together perfectly. The detailed knitting pattern includes instructions for both the single loop and a voluminous double loop, and you can work from either the knitting chart or the written round-by-round instructions. This way you’re sure to end up with a wonderful, chic winter accessory!

Materials: 200 g "Alpaca Peru 100" in the color "Berry" (= color no. 102) (100% alpaca, yardage 100 m/50 g) by LANA GROSSA;
one circular knitting needle each in sizes 4 and 4.5.

And here’s the pattern: Loop KJELLRUN

Happy knitting,
Annette

Neck warmers are a great alternative to cowls and scarves for keeping warm in winter...
... and you can never have enough of them.

Here, 2 techniques come together - and harmonize beautifully:
Tartan + Tapestry

Who says the tartan technique only shines in knitted fashion? - Far from it!
Crocheted pieces can be wonderfully spruced up too!

The construction looks sophisticated, yet is so easy to make that even beginners will enjoy it!

A detailed step-by-step explanation guides you through the crochet pattern.
For clarity, 1 crochet chart is included in the pattern.
In addition, a cutting template with an integrated diagram helps guide you through the crochet process.

The tartan technique is also described in detail and illustrated (16 images).
The tapestry technique is explained separately as well.

The unrolled scarf has a size of about 34 x 105 cm.
However, it can easily be made smaller or larger as needed.
The included template and the gauge help with that!

And here’s the pattern with more details...
