You can crochet all the floral splendor of spring with the Flower Children from my collection: there are
snowdrops and bluebells
cowslips
pussy willow
and many others. Each Flower Child comes with its own plant, so you can also just crochet the flowers and tie them together into a little spring bouquet. All the Flower Children have movable joints and are about 10–12 cm tall. You can easily crochet them from a few bits of leftover yarn. A beautiful decoration for your seasonal table!

This bouquet is unaffected by either the cold outside or the cool, dry air inside your home: it blooms just as beautifully as it does in summer and needs no care (except for occasionally blowing off the dust :-)).

The flowers are made from photo cardstock, are about 8 cm in size, and are a great way to use up leftover paper. The flowers are very easy to make and are well suited for beginners too.

Crochet Pattern Table Runner Blossom Dream

Here I have a beautiful pattern for crocheting a table runner with a gorgeous floral pattern.

Size approximately 35.0 cm x 60.0 cm!

It would certainly look great in other colors, too. There is also a “small crochet school” included in the appendix, but I don’t think this pattern is necessarily suitable for beginners. If you would still like to give it a try, I’ll be very happy to help you along. In a very comprehensive step-by-step pattern (no crochet chart), I have described everything in great detail. I have also included lots of pictures so you can compare your result right away.

Material
  • Gründl Florida 50g/ 125m yarn length (200 g)
  • Crochet hook 4.5 (double strand)
  • Sewing needle/darning needle
  • Scissors
What is crocheted
  • Chain stitches
  • Single crochet stitches
  • Double crochet stitches
  • crocheting in rows
Dorigurumi wishes you lots of fun!

Bring a few early signs of spring into your home in advance! It’s really quick with these flower appliqués made from leftover yarn.

In the pattern, you’ll find all 3 types of flowers described in detail.

All you need is a size 2.5 crochet hook and leftover yarn.

The flowers are wonderful to display at home as scatter decorations, appliqués, or as a flower garland.
