This weekend, the Christmas things are being put away, and then Carnival can begin! With this wonderful Venetian-style carnival mask, you're sure to get admiring looks at every Carnival party. It's an ideal weekend project, since you only need 10–15 g of leftover yarn for it. Depending on your taste and costume, you can leave it very simple without embellishments (like the white mask), decorate it with a gold edge (like the red one), or richly adorn it with sequins and beads (like the black one).
Get into the Carnival spirit and grab the pattern now!

For a relaxing weekend on the couch: a knitted zigzag scarf. Very easy to knit and it works with almost any yarn weight. If you want it to be warm, use something thicker; if you want a playful summer scarf, go for something thinner.

Here you can find the pattern.

On the weekend, you finally have time to tackle somewhat more complicated patterns. How about an infinity scarf in double-face knitting? It's definitely not for beginner knitters, but the finished result will make you proud. You'll need sock yarn in two contrasting colors for it. You can also use the pattern to knit a scarf.

You can find the pattern here.

How about a warm scarf? January and February are said to be the coldest months of the year.

The pattern is knitted using only knit and purl stitches. What’s special about the scarf is that it starts narrow and you can increase it to the desired width, and it ends in a point again too.

I knitted it with Rowan Super Fine Merino 4ply yarn, with a yardage of 165 m / 50 g, and finished the scarf after 300 g.

Here you can find the pattern

Wishing you a lovely weekend

This pattern is very easy to crochet - just the thing for a relaxing weekend.

The original loop scarf is an absolute eye-catcher. The zigzag pattern, and especially the zigzag edge, along with the beautiful color gradient, make it a special highlight.
