Christmas Wish List

Dear users and authors,
have you finished your Christmas wish lists yet?
This isn't just for kids. Let me know what you're hoping for.

Snow for Christmas!
That the kids aren’t sick (we’ve already had that twice).
Pajamas — I’ve already confided that to the Mama Christkind, because she always has such comfy ones.
I’d also wish for some wool, but does that count if I put it under the tree myself? It might be worth considering not quickly ordering 4 more yarn cakes after all. That might still work out.....

I’m hoping for a white Christmas, a peaceful get-together with my family, and some time in between to let loose with various knitting patterns!

I’d love a white Christmas, too.

This year I actually have something on my wish list—for the first time in soooo many years, I actually have a wish...
  I’d love a knitting kit—I fell in love with Christel Seyfarth’s “Turkish Coat” at the beginning of the year. But that’s also a birthday and Christmas wish.... I’ve already taken a Fair Isle knitting class... 

I wish that my children are healthy and happy and stay that way.
The past year and the beginning of this year have shown me that nothing else matters if these two things are not there.
I wish the same for you and your loved ones.
Of course there are gifts too, but for us they are still brought by the Christ Child, so I can’t even say what there will be. 

My mother took a bad fall over the weekend and has been in the hospital ever since. You can actually see her wasting away. My wish is that she makes it to Christmas. Other than that, I’d prefer it if the Christkind just left me alone this year.

@iglinz, I wish you and your mom lots of strength, too. You can feel hugged by me as well, if you like. In situations like this, just having a shoulder to lean on helps.

Above all, I also wish for continued good health, lots of joy, and enjoyment in everything that is there. Harmonious hours with the family and plenty of time for knitting and crocheting.
