Dear users, dear authors,
it’s slowly becoming last minute for Christmas / Advent decorations, but there’s still room for a few gnomes, Santas, or even Christmas elves.
Give it a try right away.

@Authors,
2-3 patterns per author are enough. Don’t forget the link and image, as well as the usual information.

Elves are known to be mythical creatures said to have special powers. What special powers might the Christmas elf Elena have? She certainly has plenty of charm, and many people, whether young or old, will very quickly take her into their hearts.
Elena Elf will be 28 cm tall when made using the specified materials. I personally recommend cotton yarn for making all my stuffed animals and dolls.
The pattern includes many step-by-step photos that make it easier to recreate. However, basic crochet skills (single crochet stitches, increases/decreases, spiral rounds, etc.) are required.
The following materials are needed to make it:
  • 100 g cotton yarn in soft apricot (skin-colored)
  • 50 g cotton yarn in red
  • 50 g cotton yarn in light green
  • Leftover cotton yarn in white, reddish brown, black
  • one pair of safety eyes, 9 mm, in brown-black
  • stuffing
  • crochet hook no. 3
Here is the pattern:

You should really have Santa finished by Christmas. But if not - it’s not so bad! Because you can also use him for Easter! How?
Just turn it inside out...
... and you’ve got a bunny for your Easter decorations!

This reversible doll is crocheted using Schachenmayr’s Catania yarn or a similar cotton yarn for a 2.5 mm hook. You’ll also need some fluffy yarn for the beard and the white fur, plus some stuffing and possibly safety eyes, and then you’re ready to get started!
You can find the pattern here!

Dear gnomes are indispensable little helpers during Advent! They decorate houses and apartments, wrap the presents, bake cookies, and casually get up to all kinds of mischief! The rest of the time, they make themselves comfortable in boxes and flowerpots!ZONKO is a dear little fellow from the gnome family and measures approx. 56 cm from the soles of his shoes to the tip of his hat. He is knitted mostly in stockinette stitch with a set of double-pointed needles and is also wonderfully suited for using up leftover sock yarn! Also a great Christmas gift!!

Materials:
  • 1 skein of "Mille Colori Baby" by Lang Yarns
  • 1 skein of 4-ply sock yarn in denim
  • 1 leftover piece of 4-ply sock yarn in beige
  • Doll yarn for the beard
  • Set of double-pointed needles size 2.5
  • Bird sand
  • Stuffing or wool fleece
  • 2 small plastic bags

Zonko can also be knitted with thicker yarns; then he will be correspondingly larger!

Knitting skills: Easy to knit! Knit and purl stitches, decreases, increases, knitting in the round with a set of double-pointed needles. This pattern does not include a knitting course.

Now quickly on to the pattern, because Christmas is almost here: Gnome ZONKO

Have fun knitting, and Annette wishes you a joyful Advent season

These cute gnomes bring good cheer and also serve a useful purpose. You can hide lots of little things inside them—either when you give a gift with them or store your knitting and crochet supplies in them. They also look great as egg cozies.

The gnomes are quick and easy to crochet, even for beginners. All steps are clearly explained in the pattern, with additional photos.

Here is the crochet pattern for the gnome family.

Note: You can also get the crochet pattern for the gnome family in my shop as a value set together with a gnome house.
