What does “Lftm2” mean in the pattern? Should I crochet 2 chain stitches?

Hello,
There are lots of tutorials on YouTube for the magic ring; just take a look there.
And for Lftm2, I would also think that it means crocheting 2 chain stitches.
To be on the safe side, if I were you I would contact the author of the pattern through the messaging function.

In some patterns, instead of a magic ring, you crochet 2 chain stitches and then work the stitches into the first chain stitch (instead of into a magic ring).
