It's snowing here (Ludwigsburg district), even though it doesn't snow much here.

Gruhuhuhuselig. Drizzle, gray, dreary... typical Hamburg weather. Unfortunately, not a trace of snow.

It snowed almost all day here (Wolfsburg) today, but now it’s getting warmer and everything is already melting again... 

Oooooh. I have to admit I’m a little jealous. I really like snow, but I definitely live in the wrong city for that.

How does the saying go?
I love Hamburg even when it’s raining...

Well ;-) I like Hamburg, but it would be nicer if the seasons were actually recognizable as such. Last year we had the same old weather: lots of gray skies, lots of rain, and always lukewarm temperatures—just “moderate,” basically. Soooo boring, and it really gets you down.

It’s wintry and spooky here—we’re waiting for the snow. But it’s giving Basel a wide berth and heading straight for the mountains.

It’s been snowing on and off all day—not much, but steadily. The snow will probably stick around; it’s cold enough for that.

Unfortunately, it’s raining here in the Lower Rhine region, too. Very late last night, there were a few tiny snowflakes, but this morning the “snow” was liquid.

@Arni, oh, I don't know. Summer really wasn't great. And last winter we had five minutes of snow ... I could really go for a cold winter and a hot summer again.
But of course it's not that bad. I usually don't complain much about the weather, but yesterday was such a mess, it's okay to grumble a little ;-)

@Roticanai  Yes, okay. But today the air is really nice. We just had a lovely walk, and now I'm going to keep decluttering, and if the weather is this nice again tomorrow, we'll go to hagenbecks (to the zoo) 

Dear Arni, this is turning into our little chat thread, hehe. And yes, I was already outside today—it’s really nice :-) Speaking of Hagenbeck: My husband and I have an annual pass, and we usually go on Tuesdays, if work and a cold allow it (not tomorrow, for both reasons ;-)). Do you have an annual pass, too? Maybe we’ll run into each other there sometime—by chance or on purpose :-)
