How about a pink cardigan for Barbie?

It's easy to knit with a few grams of sock yarn and size 2 needles. We start at the neck and knit toward the hem, so we can decide the length of the cardigan ourselves at any time. We knit the cardigan
as a top-down raglan. The detailed, illustrated 23-page step-by-step pattern is also very well suited for knitting beginners who can already knit with a set of double-pointed needles or want to learn.

I hope you have lots of fun with this handmade project. Yours, Ina

PS. If you like, you can knit a matching hat right away too ...

Of course, you can also go for a more festive look—with this gorgeous ball gown in the doll owner's favorite colors. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 25 g of fine acrylic yarn (e.g., “Peques for Baby” by Katia, 232 m/50 g) or another yarn that yields the same gauge
  • a set of double-pointed needles (size 2, length 15 cm) and
  • a crochet hook (size 1.75 or 1.5) and
  • my knitting pattern.
The pattern is also suitable for knitting beginners if you know how to knit with a set of double-pointed needles or would like to learn. I explain and demonstrate everything in great detail, step by step. I hope you have lots of fun knitting and playing. Best wishes—Yours, “Ina strickt”

P.S. You could also make it in a single color—and feel free to embellish and decorate it however you like.

Now there’s something else for the crocheters among you: a bright pink rug. Every girl is sure to find it wonderful and unique. All you need is 1 maxi skein of inexpensive acrylic yarn (500 g, e.g. Twister Sport 500) and a size 6 crochet hook—and you’re ready to get started.

The crochet pattern is very well suited for beginners. We crochet chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet.
My detailed step-by-step pattern guides you round by round over 17 pages to your dream rug. The back is
rubberized so that it doesn’t slip. The pink rug measures 95 cm in
diameter. But you can also make it smaller or larger. A
clear crochet chart is included. I hope you enjoy the project—yours, Ina

Boys like to wear a cool sweater vest over a shirt in these temperatures, and girls this sweet crocheted vest! It doesn't always have to be rose or pink... But it can be! ;-)

It is quick and easy to crochet and versatile to wear: Over a dress or (long-sleeved) shirt, it always looks great and, depending on the color combination and the style of the buttons, can have a totally different look
!

The jacket is crocheted using the raglan from the top method (top-down). So there are no seams! It has an especially good fit, because despite using the raglan from the top method, a crew neck is worked here!

With this pattern, you'll enjoy it for a long time and can crochet many little jackets, because the jacket is described in detail in 6 sizes with a separate pattern for each size, including its own pictures and crochet chart:

  • Size (50/56) newborn size
  • Size (62/68) approx. 3 to 6 months
  • Size (74/80) approx. 9 to 12 months
  • Size (86/92) approx. 18 to 24 months
  • Size (92/98) approx. 2-3 years
  • Size (104/110) approx. 4-5 years
Have fun crocheting!

A delicate shade of pink and a wonderfully simple, easy-to-memorize knitting pattern combine to create this triangular shawl, which slightly older girls will surely love to snuggle up in. You can knit the shawl in any size you like, as long as the yarn lasts or for as long as you want. The pattern is written for sock yarn, but in principle you can also use other yarns.

You can find the pattern here.

This hat with a shawl collar is very practical for babies and children. It keeps both the head and neck warm without anything slipping out of place. The hat can be buttoned and unbuttoned at the front of the shawl collar. Babies in particular really don’t like having something pulled over their heads. Here’s the solution

The good news: This hat is quick and easy to knit, even for beginners, as I’ve already been told twice. The pattern describes every step. The pattern also includes a size chart for children’s hats.

These cute leggings not only look great, they’re also extremely practical and even grow with your child. Thanks to the knitting pattern, they fit snugly while still being stretchy enough to accommodate a diaper.

The leggings are knitted in one piece from top to bottom, so they have no seams. Even beginners can easily follow along with the pattern. However, some basic knitting skills are required.

You can never go wrong with this shoulder warmer!
Always an eye-catcher, both in summer and in winter!
The fringe adds that special something!

The pattern gives this stole a convincing elegance—yet, with the right combination, it can be worn just as casually.

A detailed description (row by row) guides you through the crochet process.
For clarity, a crochet chart can also be found in the pattern.
The pattern also includes an illustrated step-by-step explanation for making the fringe.

The measurements are approximately: length: approx. 145 cm (without fringe), width: approx. 55 cm
Gauge is listed as always—for any adaptations!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

I wish you lots of fun and enjoyment with this project!

This way to the pattern

The “Sakura” lace triangular shawl, knitted with a 2-ply Bobbel, brings spring into the homes of pink lovers even in winter.

Sakura means cherry blossom, and that is also the name of the Bobbel used (available from Traumgarne).

With size 2.5 knitting needles and a size 2 crochet hook, along with the accompanying PDF pattern, which is suitable for experienced knitters, you can create this feather-light dream in pink.

I hope you have lots of fun knitting it.

Knitting pattern: hat in all sizes - beginner-friendly

This hat is quick and very easy to knit – also well suited for beginners, since there are no increases or decreases to knit. A matching scarf in the same style completes the outfit for cool days.

The pattern is detailed and illustrated for all stitches used, and is described for the material listed below for a head circumference of 50 cm to 60 cm. It also explains how to convert a gauge, so that you can knit it with other yarn weights and in all sizes as well.

Material:
200 g merino yarn, Schulana Capo Nord used here, 100% merino, 100 g – 90 m yardage, needle size 7 – 9, size 8.0 knitting needles used here.
Attention: mohair yarns are not recommended for beginners, as they catch and can hardly be unraveled, so they are not forgiving of mistakes. Otherwise, you can use pretty much any yarn with a suitable needle size.

Go to the pattern here (click me).

The pattern is written for sizes 36/38, 40/42, and 44/46.
But other sizes are no problem either thanks to the simple cut,
the pattern also explains how to do it.

Here is the pattern

"Hemera" is knitted sideways, starting with just a few stitches and steadily enlarged with regular increases. The yarn used and shown here
is Drops Merino Big, but it can be knitted with any other yarn
as well.
