Brand new in the fummligen shop:

The combo knitting pattern for Käthe Cowl and Lina Loop!

You buy one pattern and can knit 2 different projects: for example, a loop scarf for yourself and a cowl in the same pattern as a Christmas gift for your mom. I knitted this cowl as a Christmas gift for my grandma. The pattern is easy to get into, and both versions of the pattern are perfect for hand-dyed yarn if you only have one or two skeins, because the pattern includes explanations on how you can use up your yarn down to just a tiny little leftover.

You need to know how to knit and purl stitches, how to knit a piece in the round, make yarn overs, and cast on and bind off stitches. In addition, a centered double decrease is needed, but it is explained.

You can use any yarn with a yardage of about 320 m/100 g—about 6-ply sock yarn weight.

Looking for a small project in between?
These wrist warmers are perfect for that!

The simple yet sophisticated cable pattern is fun, and the result is simply delightful.
And if you like, you can get creative and jazz them up with rhinestones!

A detailed description guides you step by step through the knitting process.
It also includes a chart in knitting chart format to help you through the pattern repeat.

Also a lovely project for beginners who want to expand their skills!

The length of the finished wrist warmers is about 20 cm.
Of course, as always, the gauge is included.
Perfect, too, when you want to shrink your leftover yarn stash!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

To match my shawls POTZBLITZ and HAMBURG AHOI, the hats are finally here! I knitted the hats from the leftover yarn I had from the shawls, but of course you can use any leftover yarn you like. For my hats, my gauge is 23 stitches x 46 rows in garter stitch = 10 x 10 cm, but the pattern is written so that clever knitters will quickly understand the principle and, with the help of lots of tips, can make their own size and/or yarn adjustments.
The hat is fun to knit and wear, and makes a wonderful Christmas gift!

I just finished my new knitting pattern for a “Sheep” dishcloth.

A lovely Christmas gift for anyone who already has everything but would still appreciate something special.

Paired with a nice dish towel, it makes a lovely little gift for the hostess.

The pattern explains the motif row by row, but there’s also a chart. If you know how to knit and purl, have about 30 grams of cotton yarn, and the right needles on hand, you’re all set to get started.

The Rainbow Set—consisting of a hat and a loop scarf—has just arrived in my shop.
It’s quick and easy to knit and keeps you cozy and warm.

What makes it special is the air-cushion pattern, which I discovered while experimenting. This makes the stitches more voluminous and larger, creating an effect similar to an air cushion.
