Customer can't download pattern

a customer left a comment on an order with me saying that she can't download the pattern. Does anyone have any idea why it isn't working?

Tip: Downloads sometimes don't work so well on smartphones/tablets, etc., so it might make sense to download it on a PC/laptop if available.
