A detailed step-by-step description plus an additional

Nice and easy:

Crochet Pattern Triangular Shawl FARBENSPIEL

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

Also ideal for beginners

Cheerfully colorful – in your desired colors (also great for using up leftovers, if you like), this triangular shawl can be crocheted quickly in just a few evenings – very relaxing..
and a wonderful gift - even for yourself :-)

These crochet skills are enough:
chain stitches, single crochet and slip stitches (all explained with pictures)

Materials:
Basically, any yarn of your choice can be used with the matching hook size; wonderfully suited especially for thin yarns, lace yarns / gradient yarns (e.g., cakes). For winter, I recommend fine merino lace yarn.

For the size crocheted here, I used: approx. 350 g total of Limone/Catania cotton yarn, 100% cotton, 50 g – 125 m, colors as desired, here 8 colors (some leftovers used); according to the label for hook size 2.5 – 3.5; used here: 3.5 crochet hook.
In addition, we need: yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors. A stitch marker is helpful for beginners, pins for blocking.

  • These crochet skills are sufficient: chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches.

Material:
Basically, you can use any yarn you like, with a hook about one to two sizes larger than recommended on the respective yarn label. Fine lace yarns are especially recommended for this pattern. 4-ply sock yarn also works well.

used here :
approx. 80 g Daphne lace yarn (Schoeller+Stahl), 75% virgin wool, 25% polyamide, 50 g – 400 m for needle size 3.0 to 4.0; used here: crochet hook size 4.5, yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors. Pins for blocking.
