For the material, I used Catania by Schachenmayr; of course, you can also use any other cotton yarn—also very good for using up leftovers. Crochet hooks 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. The bag is 35 cm wide and 45 cm high (including handles).

It’s knitted from cotton in an onion pattern, which is shown both in written-out form and in a knitting chart. You can use thick cotton or thin cotton, it doesn’t matter—both are described in the pattern.

The PDF crochet pattern (33 pages in total) is illustrated and includes a shorter version for printing, a quick guide for a crochet flower, instructions for a 2-stitch crochet cord (i-cord), and crochet basics – illustrated basic techniques for beginners. Material: any yarn of your choice with a suitable hook size is possible.
