You will receive a detailed 41-page pattern with lots of photos to follow along. The doll is approximately 36 cm tall.
The PDF includes the pattern for the doll, the sleep romper, the pom-pom hat, the cuddle cloth, the pacifier, and the little bear slippers.
Also suitable for ambitious beginners

required skills: 

The pattern does not include a basic course. You should already know how to crochet single crochet stitches, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet stitches, post double crochet, as well as chain and slip stitches.

You will also need:
  • approx. 100 g yarn (hook size 2 ½–3) in sand
  • approx. 50 g each (yardage 133 m/50 g) in mint, turquoise, light blue, chocolate brown & white, and a small amount in pink
  • approx. 100 g Catania by Schachenmayer in cinnamon, for the hair
  • crochet hooks sizes 2.5, 3.5, and 6
  • bodkin, darning needle
  • stuffing, embroidery floss in black and dark red
  • safety eyes: 2x size 12 mm and 4x size 9 mm, 4 small children’s buttons

2 wooden beads

Difficulty:
easy - medium
(suitable for beginners) Basic knitting skills are required.

A quick crochet pattern for when you have a few minutes to spare. A bookmark that’s quick to crochet.

Materials:
  • Yarn: approx. 133 m / 50 g—black for the boots, red for the coat, skin tones for the face, brown for the gloves, white for the beard, hat, and coat,
  • Crochet hook size 2
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
This pattern is also suitable for beginners who have the necessary crochet skills (how to crochet the different stitches is not explained).
Stitches used:
  • SC - single crochet
  • CH - chain stitch

Our littlest ones will be dressed smartly in a traditional vest like this. In other colors and with different buttons, the style changes - it's worth trying out..


We need
for size 50/56 approx. 125 g,
for size 62/68 approx. 150 g,
for size 74/80 approx. 200 g, 

e.g. Schoeller+Stahl Zimba Top (= 4-ply), 80% wool, 20 polyamide, 50 g – 150 m, needle size according to the yarn label 3.5 – 3.0, crochet hook size 4.0 used here; gauge according to the yarn label 25 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

plus contrasting yarn for edging and bow: 50 g of 6-ply yarn, e.g. Zimba Medium or another (sock) yarn 50 g – 125 m.

Tape measure, scissors, yarn needle for sewing in ends, 2 decorative buttons.


These crochet skills are required:
chain stitches, half double crochet, double crochet, front post double crochet, back post double crochet, slip stitches, crocheting in rows. Post double crochet stitches are explained. The pattern itself is not a basic crochet course, but it does include relevant link tips.
