Using Up Leftover Yarn: Creative Tips

This is the place to share your best tips for creatively using up leftover yarn.

I had a lot of leftover sock yarn. I used the color-coordinated scraps to make colorful, cheerful, striped blankets. Perfect if you just want to crochet without having to think too hard. :-)

I always turn my leftover yarn into hats and scarves :)

Yarn up to NS4 is used to make a simple hat with cluster stitches (it’s done in a flash!) or a Half Granny shawl!

Thicker yarn is used for a scarf or a hat made with double crochet or half double crochet stitches.

I then mix the colors together for a colorful look.
