Cozy Pullover and Cardigan Black & White - Crochet Patterns -

Now that it’s getting cooler, you need cozy feel-good clothing again to be ready for winter too.

How about a trendy pullover with a practical front pouch pocket?

Or a charming cardigan?

Both designs get their beautiful patterns from working with front/back post treble crochet stitches. The timeless colors black and white can be worn anytime and anywhere. Both designs are unisex, and the matching beanies are also available in my shop.

The patterns are relatively challenging, and you should definitely be able to master all types of post stitches before you dare to take on a project like this.

Difficulty level: Medium to Difficult

What you need for this
:

Rellana Joy black and white  (100 g = 250 g yardage approx. 800 g of each color (if you want to make both)
Buttons for the cardigan
4.5 mm crochet hook and yarn needle

What you need to know:

Chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet, as well as the various post double crochet stitches

You’ll find the exact details in the respective product description

Polar bears and penguins love winter because they live in cold regions. In real life, however, they don’t cross paths, since polar bears live in the Northern Hemisphere and penguins in the Southern Hemisphere. But now they can come together in your kitchen!
These two pot holders are crocheted using the tapestry technique. This involves carrying the threads of the unused colors along and crocheting around them. This makes the finished piece quite firm and sturdy. The pot holders are crocheted as mitts, so you can slip your hand inside. Catania by Schachenmayr was used.

Rudi with the red nose is simply a must-have for winter and Christmas! Here you can crochet Rudi as a little pouch. It’s very decorative and can be used as a wallet or to store makeup or other small items. Rudi also makes a great gift bag for cash or a gift card!
For yarn, I recommend Catania cotton or Maya by Woll Butt.

These leggings for babies and toddlers are super comfortable and cozily warm. Just the way kids love them.

I actually knitted them for my granddaughter (1.5). But now I’ve discovered that they also fit babies from about 4 months old if you cuff the legs enough at the bottom. This is what that looks like:

The leggings are described so well that even beginners with basic skills can give knitting a try. They are knitted from top to bottom in one piece—with no seams—and only with circular needles. The length of the legs can be adjusted so that the leggings will even grow with the child for at least 2 years.

Here’s the knitting pattern for the baby and children’s leggings.

This cardigan is cozy, warm, and figure-flattering. Thanks to the stitch pattern, it’s very stretchy yet still fits snugly to the body. This means it fits both size 38 and even size 42.

The cardigan has integrated pockets, which is extremely practical. It’s worked bottom-up with raglan shaping.

Difficulty level: medium - you should already have some knitting experience.
All steps are well described in the pattern and supplemented with many detailed photos.

Your little boy doesn’t like wearing a hat! This crocheted firefighter helmet hat is sure to change that! The pattern is for a hat with a 54 cm head circumference, but the size can easily be adjusted. You’ll need 60 g of Bravo by Schachenmayr, a scrap of silver-gray yarn, a 3.0 mm crochet hook, and a piece of black fabric.

The “Tornado” winter hat and infinity scarf are perfect for cold winter days.
Both can be crocheted in no time and are well-suited even for beginners.

You’ll receive a detailed 7-page pattern with plenty of photos for recreating it quickly. The hat and infinity scarf can be crocheted in various sizes.

You should be familiar with single crochet, double crochet, chain stitches, and slip stitches.

Materials needed:
  • Use hat yarn, hook size 10–12, yardage 80 m/100 g. In this case, I used “Tornado” by Gründl-Wolle, 3 skeins of 100 g each in the color petrol-white, colorway no. 03
  • Crochet hook size 9
  • Darning needle
  • Pompom maker, 9 cm

Winter can come now:

Crochet pattern Beanie “Tabata” & Möbius scarf collar/loop (m/f)

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

The PDF pattern for this set, consisting of a hat and Möbius loop in fashionable gray, is written for head circumferences from 52 cm to 60 cm and includes both – (loop in one size).

It is illustrated, but requires general crochet skills (chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, crocheting in rounds, slip stitches, increases and decreases). The special stitches are illustrated and described.

For the hat, 150 g are required, and for the loop, 100 g of a yarn with 50 g – 75 m yardage. Unlike the hook size on the ball band, this pattern is crocheted with hook sizes 8.0 and 10.0.

Also a great Christmas gift:
Crochet cap/hat (m/f) with small cables

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This pretty crochet hat/beanie – designed for head circumference sizes 52 cm to approx. 60 cm – for men as well as women and children, gets great texture from the mini cables, so it can be worn in many variations, including as a hat.

The PDF pattern includes

  • Details on various alternative yarns
  • Short pattern (for printing)
  • Plenty of illustrated, detailed crochet instructions
  • Link tips, including for learning to crochet
Crochet skills - these stitches are used: chain stitches, slip stitches (explained), half double crochet, double crochet, front and back post double crochet (illustrated).

Difficulty level: medium

Required materials:
recommended 150 g (for me, exactly 100 g was enough – only a leftover thread of 30 cm remained) Adriafil Tabata, 100% wool, 50 g – 75 m, according to the label for hook size 7.0,
Deviating from the label information, used here: crochet hook sizes 6.5 and 9.0; gauge here with crochet hook 9.0: 10 double crochet = approx. 10 cm.
