OooOOOoo!!! The two ghosts can keep haunting even after Halloween, because these two finger puppets can be used both as Halloween decorations and as finger puppets for role play. All kids love that, because scaring others is always fun! You can crochet the two finger puppets really quickly from a few scraps of leftover yarn. How about giving the two ghosts to the “trick or treat” kids? After all, they’re sweet too! Here’s the pattern!

The “Ghost” bookmark can also be repurposed as wall decor during Halloween season. It also makes a fun little gift to bring to a Halloween party—maybe with a spooky book? Crocheted very quickly from thin yarn, it’s guaranteed to be finished in time for Halloween.

Bats are, of course, part of Halloween too. You can crochet this little bat several times and insert an LED string light, then the eyes will glow really spookily!  It’s very quick to make and will definitely be finished in time for Halloween!

With the cute Halloween Knobblys, you’ll always have a nice little gift ready to bring along ♥

The small bag charms/keychains are quick to crochet, and beginners are welcome to give them a try too—thanks to the detailed pattern :-)

With Catania cotton and a 2.5 mm hook, they have a diameter of about 7 cm (without hat, etc.).

No stylish Halloween dinner is complete without a stylish ghost :-)

Here on a potholder

You can easily finish this before Halloween, though it does require a bit of practice since it’s knitted using the double knitting technique. The ghost is shown in a knitting chart.

Admittedly, this window decoration isn’t something you can cut out at the last minute, but you can definitely manage it on the evening before Halloween. Still, you shouldn’t put it off—it’s better to start crafting soon.

The window decoration measures approx. 54 x 34.7 cm, is cut from construction paper, and backed with yellow tracing paper. Since the design has a lot of intricate details, you should already be comfortable using a scalpel or craft knife. With that one small requirement met, the design can be cut out quickly and easily.

Quickly conjure up a spider invasion with your crochet hook. It’ll give (almost) every visitor the creeps!

The tarantula is made using single crochet, chain stitches, and slip stitches.

It measures about 13 cm when made with a size 3 crochet hook. You can adjust the size by using different hook sizes.
You’ll also need some leftover black yarn and wire for the legs, plus beads for the eyes or some leftover red yarn to embroider them.

Happy Halloween!
