PayPal was charged, internal error, patterns still in the shopping cart

Hello, I purchased some patterns via PayPal yesterday. I received a confirmation email from PayPal stating that the payment went through. However, the patterns are still in my shopping cart. What can I do? Best regards, B. Demski

Hello Birgitt,
please check your downloads overview again to see if they’re there now.
If not, it’s possible that the payment was made via PayPal Direct Debit. In that case, it takes longer for the payment to be credited because PayPal first has to withdraw the funds from your bank account.
