The PDF pattern is illustrated.
You need these
crochet skills: chain stitches, single crochet.
Everything else and slip stitches are explained. Video link tips for learning to crochet for beginners are included in the PDF.
We need for the pictured model in head circumference 55 cm to 60 cm: approx. 250 g merino yarn, 50 g – 45 m, crochet hook 6.0; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends. The ribbed pattern requires approx. 50 g more yarn than is normally usual for hats. The crochet hook size should match the yarn being used.
