These pot holders are perfect for beginners. And when knitted in colorful cotton, they’re sure to put you in a good mood.

You can find the pattern here.

You just need to know knit and purl stitches—that’s it.

This knitted stole is also very beginner-friendly, although you should plan on taking a little time for it, since it is knitted with very thin yarn. But anyone who can do knit and purl stitches can definitely give it a try.

Here’s where to find the pattern.

For crochet beginners, I have a stylish fringe scarf here that only requires you to know chain stitches and double crochet. If you use bulky yarn, you’ll get a quick sense of achievement, too.

You can find the pattern here.

This craft bucket is always practical, and even crochet beginners can make it very well. You'll see, it's really easy and lots of fun. And after the fun, it's useful too, keeping your crochet tools neatly organized. As for me, I no longer have to search for where I left my crochet hook No. 3 ;-)

I hope you enjoy this project - Yours, Ina

Beginner knitters can knit this pretty evening dress with just 15 g of sock yarn and a set of double-pointed needles size 2 or 2.5. It’s really easy and looks great. It’s really flattering, isn’t it? With the red sock yarn, I also carried a Lurex thread along with it, which makes it look even more luxurious.

If you’re afraid of using a set of double-pointed needles, I can help… I couldn’t do it at first either. But with my pattern, you’ll be able to do it! I explain and show everything in great detail.

I hope you have lots of fun and get beautiful results—Yours, Ina

A quick success experience for crochet beginners:

Crochet Hat for Everyone - very easy

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

A wonderfully easy-to-crochet hat for different styles, meaning ONE hat model wearable in all the variations shown, for both men and women. Also easy to make for children or as a simple hat for babies (though thinner yarn is recommended).

And the best part:

  • no gauge swatch (it doesn’t depend on the exact centimeter),
  • no increases or decreases,
  • for any yarn you like
  • possible in all sizes.

The PDF pattern is illustrated.

You need these crochet skills: chain stitches, single crochet.
Everything else and slip stitches are explained. Video link tips for learning to crochet for beginners are included in the PDF.

We need
for the pictured model in head circumference 55 cm to 60 cm: approx. 250 g merino yarn, 50 g – 45 m, crochet hook 6.0; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends. The ribbed pattern requires approx. 50 g more yarn than is normally usual for hats. The crochet hook size should match the yarn being used.

Snowman and snow woman are a fitting winter decoration for your kitchen. The two potholders are very easy to crochet. Even beginners can make them without any trouble. You only need to know the common types of stitches (chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet) as well as crocheting in rounds and in rows.

Just the right thing for beginners who want to practice! This Advent calendar consists of individual stars, so that you can feel a sense of accomplishment with every completed star. And after 24 stars, you’ll have practiced long enough to try your hand at more complicated models.

The stars are made from photo cardstock and are each approx. 17.5 x 17 x 4.5 cm in size. The calendar is very easy to make and even suitable for crafting with children. You can also use the stars as gift packaging for small Christmas treats.

Beginner Basic Knit Hat

With this hat, the name says it all! The pattern is written especially for beginners!

Here you knit only knit stitches in rows. How do you decrease? I’ll show you in a photo tutorial! How do you sew the hat together? I’ll show you! And much more, too!
