The days are getting shorter, it’s getting colder, and coziness is returning to our living rooms. Christmas is fast approaching, along with all kinds of treats like nuts, chocolate, and of course little gingerbread men ...and since Christmas is the celebration of love, the little gingerbread man is bringing his gingerbread wife along too.

Crochet these two sweet egg cozies incl. candy cane and decorate your Christmas breakfast table with this pretty gingerbread couple!

Anny and Bruno are two little hedgehogs who love each other very much. Bruno brings his Anny a little gift every now and then. Today it’s a beautiful sunflower. And for that, he gets a big kiss right away!
These two finger puppets measure about 11 cm. You can also use them as fall decorations. They’re quick to crochet using just a small amount of leftover yarn. Here, Catania by Schachenmayr was used. Click here for the pattern!

Hi ruthk, you guys always come up with something new! Melting down chocolate bunnies to make St. Nicholas figures isn’t exactly original, but your “Bunny Claus” (or is it “Claus Bunny”?) tops everything! That would be a real hit with my boys, if I have time for it!

New in October is this beautiful soft triangular shawl for snuggling up and feeling cozy.
Because of the lace pattern, it drapes wonderfully loosely and softly. This makes it very comfortable and wearable in many different ways.

Crocheted with 1 Bobbel (yardage 800 m / 200 g) and a 3.00 mm hook.

Here is the pattern

Suitable for beginners.
Required prior knowledge: chain stitch, half double crochet, double crochet, double treble crochet
Detailed description as a PDF file with text, crochet chart, and step-by-step photos.

The “Autumn Evening” scarf really comes into its own with its delicate, spiderweb-like pattern in muted autumn color gradients. Crocheted with a shiny carry-along yarn, it is also suitable as a stole for more elegant outfits.

The pattern includes digitally created crochet charts, detailed row descriptions, and many step-by-step photos. Prior crochet knowledge is required; a basic course is not included. With a 4-ply gradient yarn and a 3.5 mm crochet hook, the scarf measures about 190 x 33 cm, but the pattern is variable in size in both length and width.

The Advent season is fast approaching, and Christmas is almost here again.... but there’s still plenty of time to crochet this lovingly designed Advent calendar for your loved ones.

The little gift pouches are as unique as you are , because as you can see in the pictures, there are no limits to your creativity here. Whether you keep them simple with a single bow or lavishly decorate them with sequins and gold ribbon—you decide what you like best! And with the three different sizes for the bags, you can also highlight specific days during Advent, such as St. Nicholas Day or Christmas Eve.

I’ll show you the necessary techniques and plenty of inspiration in the detailed pattern, which includes numerous step-by-step photos and an additional crochet chart for the bottom and the arched edge.

To make these little bags, you’ll need the following materials :
  • any yarn
  • a matching crochet hook
  • craft felt or any fabric scraps for the numbers
  • plus matching-colored sewing thread and a sewing needle,
  • decorative materials of your choice, such as beads, trim, ribbon, sequins, buttons, etc.
  • as well as ribbon to tie the little bags shut

So take a look in your sewing box and all your stash boxes to see what decorative materials you can find, and then you’re ready to go! You can find the pattern and more information here >>>

With the hand-crocheted “Santa” gift packaging, you can give your gifts that special touch.

The “Santa” bottle cover turns a bottle of wine or sparkling wine into something special. You’re not just giving a bottle — you’re giving a lot of heart and love.
To go with it, there’s also the “Santa” gift bag.
This will especially delight little princesses, as it can still be used as an unusual handbag even after the holidays.
Both gift packaging ideas are shown and explained in detail in the PDF pattern and can be crocheted quite quickly. Even beginners will have no trouble making them.

The amount of material needed is minimal, so you can use up matching leftover yarn.
