Plastic inserts for knitted baby booties

I order a lot from Crazypatterns and am absolutely thrilled with the beautiful things.
I have a question:
What are the inserts in knitted baby booties called that give them a nice
shape for photographing, and where can you possibly buy them?

Hi Ute, why don’t you check out eBay?
But you can also easily stuff
the booties with cotton wool and shape them nicely.

You can often just get these little plastic inserts for free when you buy baby socks or shoes at various inexpensive general stores with Scottish-sounding names... ;-)
