Hello, there was an internal error when I paid with PayPal. I had to log in again, and my patterns were still in the shopping cart. I went through the process again and was able to access the patterns. However, PayPal charged me twice. How can I get a refund? Thank you in advance for your response. Best regards, B. Demski

Thank you very much for the quick reply, Mario. I also sent an email to post@crazypatterns.net but haven’t received a response yet. Everything has always worked out well so far, and I enjoy buying patterns from crazypatterns.
