You can now find a double-knitted pot holder here. Perfect for Halloween, which is just around the corner, it features a ghost.

The pattern can be found here.

It’s knitted in cotton in two colors, ideally with one of them being white. The pot holder also has a crocheted border and a loop for hanging. That’s a matter of taste—you can do it, but you don’t have to.

Yesterday I went for a longer walk. Whew, was it cold! Time for winter accessories!
This infinity scarf has now moved into my shop. It is knitted in a simple textured pattern with a few lace rows in between. The pattern is written out and shown in knitting charts.

You can find the infinity scarf here.

Do you still need a hat for fall?

I have just the thing.

It’s knitted from sock yarn and features a lace pattern that reminds me of Swiss cheese. That’s why it’s called the Emmental Hat. The pattern is worked in a somewhat unconventional way. A photo tutorial shows you how it’s done.
The pattern is available in 4 different sizes, from children’s to adult sizes.

Fall is here—and with it the wonderful traditional costume season!
Our boys and girls look adorable when they’re out and about in traditional dress.
And if you’re not so fond of the “traditional” look, simply replace the buttons!

The basic pattern of this slipover is actually kept simple ...
...but the simple cable pattern adds a certain flair to it.

A detailed step-by-step description guides you through the knitting process.
In addition, 5 charts in knitting chart format are included, describing the cable pattern.

The pattern is designed for size 140-146.
However, the included cut and the gauge make it possible to work any size!

And here’s where you’ll find the pattern and more details...

Winter is just around the corner, and soon it will be winter. I’ve knitted some new “animal hats” that go perfectly with the scarves. Little children love the animal designs.
There are 4 different designs:
  • Dog
  • Duck
  • Panda bear
  • Penguin
The hats are described for the following sizes:
  • 0-3 months 38-41 cm
  • 4-7 months 42-45 cm
  • 7-12 months 46-49 cm
  • 1-2 years 50-51 cm

A simple and quick baby blanket, suitable for both girls and boys. Thanks to the simple pattern (only knit stitches and purl stitches), the blanket can be used on both sides!!

You’ll need:
2 x 100g of Fine Merino Socks, each with a yardage of 420 m.
You can also use almost any sock yarn. The size can easily be adjusted to your preferences.

Freshly added to the shop: A hat with or without a pom-pom, featuring a pretty textured pattern that is well suited for women, men, and children. Easy to make, in a solid color or gradient yarn, not too thick, not too thin, easy to handle and quick to knit. 80 to 90 grams with needle size 3 are enough, using knit and purl stitches...but see for yourselves :-)

Happy making wishes you
Caro from Fadenstrang

And here is the pattern
