you can find all your purchased patterns here at this link:
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/users/downloads

If the download doesn't work there, you can try clicking on "Browse PDF" — that sometimes helps.
If you click on Zip download, you should first make sure that your PC has a program that can open zip files. 

If none of that helps, just get in touch here again.
