A simple girls’ vest—but the trim really makes it stand out!
This vest has no button placket at all—so it’s designed to be worn open.

This pattern is designed for size 116–122.

The included schematic and gauge make it easy to make any size, though!

With the help of this pattern, you can crochet a pretty skirt (any size). The comfortable elastic band is worked directly into the waistband as you crochet, making it easier for the girl to put on and take off.
  • Materials list: This pattern is ideal for using up leftover yarn.
  • Crochet hooks sizes 3 and 4.
  • Elastic band 2.0 mm or 2.5 mm wide.
The pattern is illustrated in detail and is suitable for beginners with basic crochet skills.

The diamond pattern is sophisticated, yet easy to work.
And if you’re not so fond of the traditional look, just change the buttons.

This pattern is designed for size 116–122.
However, the included cut and gauge make it possible to make any size!

Click here for the crochet pattern

What you’ll need:
  • A 3 mm, 2 mm, and 6 mm crochet hook; approx. 70 g of yarn (cotton) in white for the unicorn’s body, head, and legs; approx. 8 g of yarn in pink for the nose and hooves; and leftover yellow yarn (suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook) for the horn. For the mane and tail, 3 colors of your choice; leftover yarn is fine for this. Each yarn should be suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook.
  • A darning needle, and possibly some pins, to help you sew the individual limbs on more precisely at the end.
  • Stuffing/craft stuffing
  • Scissors
  • Safety eyes
Difficulty level: Easy, suitable for beginners!
Length: 15 pages (including pictures!) This pattern is perfect for crochet beginners! I explain everything step by step with plenty of pictures. If you still have questions, feel free to contact me ;-)—I’ll reply as soon as possible!

And for the slightly older girls with a bit more odds and ends, I have a slightly bigger bag to offer here. It’s knitted from two colors of cotton and features knitted-in goldfish as a special highlight. One of them is swimming against the current.

You can find the pattern here.

Girls have all kinds of little trinkets ... hair clips, bracelets, glittery bits and bobs - they all find a home in this beautiful hanging storage basket. You can fill it up and carry it by the hanger from A to B into your sister’s room, if you like ;-)

Materials:
  • 400 g “Catania Grande” cotton
  • Crochet hook size 4.5, crochet hook size 4
  • 1 wooden hanger with a bar
  • Darning needle, scissors
  • Trims, lace, buttons, flowers, beads, hair clips, and other decorations
I hope you enjoy this project. It would also make a wonderful gift for your daughter’s very, very best friend.
Warm regards from Ina

Imagine this: A girl’s room… everything’s pretty standard, all from IKEA and the like… but then, on the bed, this amazing, one-of-a-kind heart pillow! Every girl will want one—guaranteed.

And you can crochet it yourself for your daughters and granddaughters. Over 35 pages, I explain and demonstrate exactly how to do it. We’ll be crocheting: chain stitches, single crochet, and double crochet.

You’ll only need 100 g of leftover yarn of the same weight, so it’s also
a great project for using up leftover yarn. The pillow is filled with synthetic stuffing
and is therefore completely washable. We don’t need a closure,
buttons, or a zipper.

I hope you enjoy this project. Yours, Ina

This one alone is a girl’s dream. The full skirt swings so beautifully, and you can design it in your favorite colors.

If you made it in solid white, it could even be a wedding dress:

This dress is part of the “Swing” dress series. You’ll get a total of 7 patterns that you can mix and match however you like :

  • Long dress with a circle skirt
  • Short dress with a bell-shaped skirt
  • Sun hat with lace
  • Beret
  • Flight attendant cap
  • Bag
  • Petticoat (hand-sewing instructions)

I hope you enjoy the crochet patterns from the "Swing" doll clothing series .

Warm regards from Ina

Practical and stylish:

Knitting pattern for a baby traditional vest size 86/92 with intarsia cable

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

For this special sleeveless baby vest without buttons, we need:

150 g merino wool in gray + 50 g merino wool in red, here Schachenmayr Merino Extrafine 120, 50 g – 120 m yardage, gauge according to the ball band: 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm, knitting needles 3.0–4.0; here: knitting needles 4.0, cable needle, crochet hook 3.5 for the bow, stitch holder or similar for putting stitches on hold, yarn needle for weaving in ends, a stitch marker is helpful.

The PDF pattern includes pictures.

The red cable on the back is worked in intarsia technique (illustrated explanation is included) and requires a little time and skill (therefore difficult for knitting beginners).

The cable also looks lovely in solid gray; the whole piece is then knitted quite quickly. I therefore recommend that knitting beginners knit this vest completely without the cable and/or in one color .

Every girl loves hearts, and the shawl "Glowing Hearts" will make girls' hearts beat faster ♥

With the materials listed, it has a wingspan of 1.50 m, making it wonderfully suitable for older girls.
If you want to make this shawl for younger girls, you can simply use thinner yarn and a smaller hook.

For one shawl you will need:

♦approx. 450 meters of gradient yarn, 50% cotton 50% polyacrylic
♦3.5 mm crochet hook

You should know the following: chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, double crochet

The pattern explains the first rows step by step with lots of pictures and a crochet chart; after that, you can work from the counting chart.

Get the pattern here and start right away!

Have fun! :)

Everyone needs their Little Princess...

Do you have a little princess at home? Then make her happy with this beaded hat / beanie.

The hat can be crocheted as a short version or as a longer one, turning it into a beanie. It can easily be adapted to any head circumference, so you can crochet the hat for lots of princesses.

You can also easily use different wool and even different yarn weights. Of course, you can also crochet it without beads.

The hat is also easy for beginners to crochet, since it is crocheted only with standard stitches and the pattern includes lots of pictures and detailed step-by-step instructions.
