Fall is the season for beer festivals!
Barbie has put on her new dirndl for the occasion. It has a red bodice and a black skirt with a heart-patterned border. The apron is green. She’s wearing a red traditional hat to go with it. A black choker and a matching handbag complete the look. And of course, the obligatory little heart can’t be missing!
The dirndl is crocheted using Catania Fine yarn and is easy to put on, since the blouse is crocheted on and doesn’t need to be pulled on underneath.
You can find the pattern here!

Brand-new and exclusive on Crazypatterns:

My placemats for coffee lovers! :)

Anyone who likes coffee will love these placemats.
They are crocheted using the mini C2C technique, which I of course also describe in the pattern.

What you need:

♦ Crochet yarn in your desired colors, recommendation: cotton with a yardage of 125 m / 50 g, e.g. Schachenmayr Catania or Scheepjes Catona. Background color: approx. 2 skeins, all other colors: less than 1 skein
♦ Crochet hook: For the yarn types mentioned, I recommend a 3 mm hook. If you use different yarn, you may need a different hook.
♦ Sewing needle for weaving in the ends
♦ Scissors to cut off leftover yarn

You should be able to crochet chain stitches, slip stitches, and half double crochets.

Get the pattern here and get started right away! :)

Have fun with it.

Crochet this sweet autumn decoration for yourself, which you can of course also garnish with real chestnuts!
The Chestnut Child from my Flower Children collection is an eye-catcher on your seasonal table. You’ll also receive the pattern for a chestnut leaf and the chestnuts.
You only need a few cotton scraps in green, brown, and skin tone, some stuffing and chenille wire, as well as 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm crochet hooks.

The gnomes now have a gnome house. It looks fun and puts the whole family in a good mood. It’s quick and easy to crochet using the pattern if you have basic crochet skills.

For me, the gnome house hides the yarn, for example. Since the door is open at the top, all those little things like needles or buttons can be stored here. Of course, there are many possible uses; for example, it’s also a great way to present a gift.

For children, the house is a creative toy—together with the gnomes, which are also available in my shop. And at breakfast, it’s sure to be fun when the rolls are hidden in this gnome house.

You can also leave off the face if you like. Even as a house without decoration, it looks very decorative.

Here’s the crochet pattern for the gnome house.

The first gingerbread hearts always start popping up after summer. This one, however, isn’t meant to be eaten, but it’s still food-related, since it’s a potholder for the kitchen. It’s crocheted mainly using single crochet stitches, making it suitable for beginners. You can decorate the heart however you like, creating a truly personalized gift for a loved one.

Baby Traditional Jacket “OANS GLATT – OANS GNÄDLT” – knitting pattern

(Click the image to purchase/download )

Every year it comes around again… Oktoberfest—the “Wies’n season”…
But traditional attire is IN every season —even for our little ones and even outside the Alpine region.

The pattern is detailed for size 70 with adjustment options for sizes 50 through 104.

A quick translation from Bavarian: “Oans glatt” = 1 knit stitch; “oans Gnädlt” = 1 purl stitch (so named because it looks like a dumpling). But don’t worry—the knitting pattern is in standard German—grin…

It uses basic knitting techniques plus cabling, knitting stitches together, and increasing from the strand between stitches—everything is explained with illustrations.

The download includes:

  • A richly illustrated PDF knitting pattern (29 pages), including a printable summary
  • PDF “Knitting Basics”—illustrated basic knitting techniques
  • PDF: Baby sizes for this traditional jacket pattern, sizes 50 to 104

Materials
:

150 g (size 104: 200 g if needed) 6-ply sock yarn, Regia Tweed, 70% virgin wool, 25% polyamide; 50 g yields 125 m for needle sizes 3.0 to 4.0; plus 50 g denim blue; Gauge according to the label: 22 stitches x 30 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm. Used here: Size 3.5 knitting needles; stitch markers are helpful; cable needle, stitch holder, or another knitting needle for holding the neck stitches; wool needle for weaving in ends, scissors.
