Dear users, dear authors,
make the most of the summer temperatures, the sunny days and the summertime for swimming, for the garden, the park, for outings and everything outdoors that is the most fun. The dreary, cold and wet fall and the frosty winter will swallow up the sun soon enough.
You'll find suitable patterns here in this thread. Get started now before summer is over.

@Authors,
2-3 patterns per author with the usual info + link + image are enough.
Good luck.

  • Thin threads in skin-tone/pink and red for embroidering the face
  • 2 mm crochet hook
  • Stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch marker
  • Googly eyes (with eyelashes) and superglue
13-page illustrated crochet pattern

Summertime is swimming time, beach time—also for our daughters’ and granddaughters’ little dolls.
Our little beauties want to show off their new outfits at the beach. Everything you see in the photos, you can crochet yourself. You get 6 patterns and can mix and match colors and models however you like:

  • Baseball cap
  • Bikini top (with or without fringe)
  • Bikini bottoms
  • Mini skirt with slit
  • Beach bag
  • Beach blanket

All patterns are also suitable for crochet beginners . I show you exactly how it’s done, step by step. Materials:
  • "Catania Fine“ (yardage 165 g/50 m) or
  • „Alize Diva silk effect“ (yardage 350 m/100 g; source listed in the pattern) or
  • other yarn of the same weight (leftover yarn is enough, too)

When you go to the lake or the seaside, you need a bag to pack all your things into: swimsuit, towel, snack, and small change for ice cream.

How about this one?

It's quickly knitted in cotton and has a beautiful two-color slipped-stitch pattern. It looks complicated, but in reality it's very easy.
