Crochet Cap/Hat (m/f) with Small Cables

This pretty crochet cap/beanie – worked out for head circumference sizes 52 cm to approx. 60 cm – for men as well as women and children, gets great texture from the mini cables, so you can wear it in many variations, including as a hat.

Crochet skills - these stitches are used: chain stitches, slip stitches (explained), half double crochet, double crochet, front and back post double crochet (illustrated).
Difficulty level: intermediate
Required materials:
recommended 150 g (for me, exactly 100 g was enough – only a leftover strand of 30 cm remained)Adriafil Tabata, 100% wool, 50 g – 75 m, according to the yarn label for hook size 7.0, gauge according to the yarn label 13 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Alternative yarns: “Chunky” weight with a similar yardage and label information (e.g., Rico Essentials Alpaca chunky);
Differing from the label information,
hook sizes 6.5 and 9.0 were used here; gauge here with crochet hook 9.0: 10 double crochet = approx. 10 cm.
