Crochet pattern + knitting pattern
Soul warmer and cuffs - crocheted to look knitted

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

One size - quick and easy

Whether crocheted or knitted: a cozy piece like this is popular all year round, whether on cool summer days, as an outdoor jacket in the transitional seasons, or on the couch in winter.

And yes, the crochet pattern looks knitted and is just as cuddly soft.
But knitters will enjoy it too. The stitch pattern is very similar.

The PDF pattern is detailed with pictures over 23 pages and contains both the crochet pattern and the knitting pattern for the soul warmer and the arm/leg warmers.

The stitches used are explained with pictures.
So general crochet or knitting knowledge is sufficient.

Basically, any yarn you like can be used. However, the amount of yarn can vary greatly depending on your yarn choice and needle/hook size. Details are provided in the pattern. My yarn usage when using an alpaca yarn, 50 g – 100 m, according to the label for needle size 3 – 4, but used here: crochet hook size 8.0

  • for the soul warmer approx. 500 g in the crochet version
(approx. 800 g in the knitted version with needles size 6.0),
  • for the cuffs approx. 100 g in both versions

Perfect match for the long shirt dress ROMINA with bolero loop SANDRA.

Crochet pattern for shopping net backpack / drawstring bag HUCKEPACK

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Goodbye plastic bags – this is how we shop nowadays :-) - All desired sizes possible. It makes shopping a real pleasure. Practical for travel. And all your swim gear fits in it for the beach, too.

Worked out for you to choose from:
Model 1: a wide binder fits in here;
Model 2 is a bit smaller – incl. crochet flower.

Both models can be carried either with

  • a crocheted bag handle
  • or as a drawstring bag/shoulder bag – as a shopper
  • or even on your back – “piggyback” – as a little backpack.

The PDF crochet pattern (33 pages in total)

  • has plenty of photos
  • incl. a shorter version for printing
  • brief crochet flower instructions
  • instructions for a 2-stitch crochet cord (i-cord) and
  • Crochet basics – illustrated basic techniques for beginners
Material:
Basically, you can use any yarn you like with a matching hook size. Used here: approx. 300 g (color distribution as desired) + if decorations/pops of color are desired: leftover yarn

of a mercerized cotton yarn (holds its shape better), Catania (Schachenmayr)/Limone (Schoeller+Stahl), 50 g – 125 m yardage, crochet hook 3.0 mm; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends, 5 stitch markers recommended, safety pin if needed for the crochet flower, cord stopper

For us women, love doesn’t go through the stomach...
... we really like it when our men are dressed so smartly :-)

The simple yet sophisticated cable pattern really brings some momentum to the piece.
A simple stockinette stitch pattern frames the cable look and makes it stand out even more.

This pattern is designed for sizes 48/50 and 54/56.
However, the included cut and gauge make it possible to make any size!

A detailed description and a chart guide you step by step through the pattern.

And here’s the pattern with more details...

The 1980s were truly something special fashion-wise...
... but one thing that has stayed and is still (or once again) on trend is puff sleeves!
Such beautifully romantic sweaters can be worn in any season!

The yarn used—a blend of silk, mohair, camel, and merino—enhances the lightness of this sweater! Silkhair or something similar also works perfectly!
The boat neckline adds to the effect.

This project is absolutely suitable for beginners, as the pattern is kept very simple.

All patterns used are described in detail—stitch by stitch, and a knitting chart also supports you during the knitting process.

This pattern is designed for sizes S-M and L-XL.
However, the included schematic and the gauge make it possible to work any size!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Knitted in gray, this triangular shawl is reminiscent of November weather. And it’s meant to be, because it was inspired by November rain.

You can find the pattern here.

The shawl has a lace pattern that runs through the entire shawl like raindrops. It isn’t difficult to knit, and if you use sock yarn, it’s also a real lightweight.
The pattern is written out row by row and also shown in knitting charts.

This rectangular stole in reddish-brown, knitted from soft wool in a lace and cable pattern, embodies the golden autumn.

You can find the pattern here.

The stole is knitted lengthwise and can be very easily adjusted in size to suit personal needs. The pattern is easy to follow and is explained both in written form and in knitting charts.
My original is made from merino wool with a yardage of 105 m per 50 g. However, this isn’t a requirement; the pattern itself is suitable for any type of yarn.

Just as chocolate warms the soul from the inside, this chocolate-brown hat warms your ears from the outside :-)

You can find the pattern here.

The hat is knitted in a pretty bamboo pattern and features a button placket as a special eye-catcher. This also means that most of it is knitted in rows, and the hat is only joined in the round towards the top.
You’ll need yarn with 85m per 50g, 1–2 balls depending on the size, and 5mm knitting needles,
The pattern is available in four different sizes, from children’s to adult sizes.
