Häkelanleitungen für tolle Tücher

Lace patterns give every handmade piece something airy and light. At the same time, these patterns in shawls not only look elegant, but also spice up any outfit.

The possibilities for lace patterns are endless. Here I’ll show you the patterns for three different designs

The Enya shawl impresses with simple elegance. Here, the well-known half-granny pattern is interrupted by the elegant lace pattern

All you need for it is a 4-ply gradient yarn cake with 1000 m running length (about 200 g) and a 3.5 mm crochet hook

The Schneeglöckchen shawl is a really wonderful beginner shawl, because the flower-like lace pattern is very easy to make.

All you need is a gradient yarn cake with 1000 m running length (preferably one in delicate colors) and your size 3.5 mm crochet hook.

The Sonnenuntergang shawl charms with its gorgeous color gradient, which resembles the sunset over the Flensburg Fjord. This shawl is also well suited for beginners.

All you need is a gradient yarn cake of 800–1000 m running length and your size 3.5 mm crochet hook as well

If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help

Knitted poncho/stole, featherlight - very easy

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

One size - pattern and cut are absolutely suitable for beginners.

This is a short pattern for a featherlight, very easy-to-knit poncho in one size, made from just 100 g of KidSilk (Austermann). For beginners, I recommend (lace) yarns without mohair, since mohair is almost impossible to unravel.

The PDF pattern includes the preview image.

By the way: The poncho can also be knitted nicely as a warm outdoor poncho with thick wool, 100 g - 100 m, using needle size 8.0. Required yarn amount then approx. 700 g. The number of stitches always depends on your individual gauge.
To convert your individual gauge, I recommend this:
READ IT OFF instead of calculating - PDF table for knitting and crochet
as well as my blog post: Converting gauge - here's how..

Required knitting skills:
casting on stitches, edge stitch (your favorite edge stitch), knit and purl stitches, bind off.

Crochet pattern scarf/cowl and headband PLAYFUL in a simple shell pattern

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Sewn together, the scarf can also be worn as a cowl (wrapped 2 times around the neck), basically in all seasons . Add the matching headband, and you have a pretty (gift) set.

Experienced crocheters can crochet both quickly in one weekend.

I made the set with summery cotton yarn, here Schachenmayr Cotton Bamboo, 50% cotton / 50% viscose,50 g – 120 m, hook size according to the ball band 3 - 4, crochet hook size 4.0 used here; gauge according to the ball band 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Please choose alternative yarns (e.g., Merino Extrafine 120 by Schachenmayr) according to the specifications above.

Yarn needed / finished measurements:

  • 150 g for the scarf/cowl: approx. 14 cm x 140 cm – length variable
  • 50 g for the headband - size variable
The 8-page PDF pattern is illustrated, but requires the following basic crochet skills:
chain stitches, double crochet, single crochet, crocheting in rows. A link with explanations of the basic skills is included in the PDF.

Difficulty level: easy – also suitable for advanced beginners.

Crochet pattern: Möbius Collar 1-2-3-4

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This collar wonderfully jazzes up sweaters and shirts.

It is crocheted from approx. 60 g of a merino yarn with 50 g – 160 m yardage and hook size 3 – 4 (here with a 3.5 mm crochet hook) and can be finished quickly in an afternoon. Beginners should allow themselves a little more crochet time. Other yarns with a suitable hook size can also be used. In my opinion, however, the pattern shows up better in finer yarns.

The Möbius technique in crochet is considerably easier than in knitting.

For the illustrated PDF pattern basic crochet skills are enough (chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch). Link tips for learning to crochet are included.

Crochet pattern for a poncho with Möbius shawl collar (loop) - easy

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Quick and easy to crochet...

With this crochet technique, you can decide while crocheting how large the poncho should be – you simply stop crocheting whenever you like.

The poncho and Möbius scarf are made with thick gradient yarn, 100 g – 100 m, and an 8.0 mm crochet hook. Yarn needed for both pieces approx. 700 g.

The PDF pattern includes the poncho and Möbius scarf and has pictures, but it is not a crochet course in itself.

These crochet skills are needed:
chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches, crocheting in rows, crocheting in rounds.

By the way: with a Möbius scarf, the pattern you create is mirrored, i.e. one horizontal half looks like the right outside, while the second half looks like the wrong inside of the pattern. This creates sophisticated effects, depending on how the scarf is draped and how the pattern falls.

Knitting Pattern: 3 Techniques – Möbius Scarf, Collar, Headband

(Click the image to purchase/download )

This pattern introduces the basic principle and three cast-on techniques for knitting Möbius scarves/loops . Give them a try and choose your favorite method :-)

The PDF pattern is fully illustrated and includes 2 patterns (see image gallery).

Model 1—Colorful —is a Möbius loop/scarf with a circumference of approx. 90 cm and a height of approx. 20 cm, which can be worn in various ways as a shoulder warmer or neck warmer (see image). For this, we only need 1 skein of Woolly Hugs Bandy , here color no. 7, 100 g – 210 m, 100% cotton; gauge according to the label: 14 sts x 20 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm; size 6.0 circular needles with a cable length of 1 m ; stitch markers; measuring tape, scissors, and a wool needle for weaving in ends. If needed, leftover yarn of a slightly thinner, color-coordinated yarn (e.g., Record 210 – potholder yarn, shown here in green) and a size 4.5 crochet hook.

Model II – Möbius collar in milk white fits snugly around the neck like a turtleneck , but can also be worn as a headband . This model makes a wonderful gift and can be knitted in just a few hours. For this, we only need 1 skein of merino yarn , 50 g – 85 m, e.g., Merino 85 by Austermann or Schachenmayr, 100% merino, according to the label for needle sizes 6–7 and a gauge of 16 sts x 22 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm. For this project, use size 6.0 circular needles with a cable length of 80 cm to 100 cm ; stitch markers; a measuring tape; scissors; and a wool needle for weaving in ends.

Both models feature a simple reversible rib pattern.

The following knitting skills are required:
casting on, knit stitches and purl stitches, knitting in the round, knitting stitches together, purling stitches together, yarn over, bind off. A basic knitting tutorial is not included, but there are helpful links provided.

Have fun with your Möbius project!

Crochet pattern Beanie 'Tabata' & Möbius scarf collar/cowl (m/f)

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Hello, dear crochet fans,

this crochet set (m/f) in fashionable gray  consists of a beanie and a Möbius scarf collar/cowl.

The PDF pattern is written for head circumferences of 52  cm – 60 cm and includes both – hat and cowl (cowl in one size).

It is illustrated, but requires general crochet skills (chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, crocheting in rounds, slip stitches, increases and decreases). The special stitches are illustrated and described. I would describe the difficulty level as “intermediate.”

For the hat, 150 g is required, and for the cowl, 100 g of a yarn with 50 g – 75 m yardage. Unlike the hook size on the label, crochet hook sizes 8.0 and 10.0 are used here.

Crochet pattern for a beautiful triangular shawl.
This pattern can be used both for a shawl made with summer yarn and for the cooler season.

A beautiful summer yarn, e.g. Tahiti by Schachenmayr, approx. 150 g needed

or

for fall / winter, e.g. Ombre Lace by Schachenmayr, yardage 600 m / 100 g

The pattern is worked over 2 rows (double crochet, chain stitches and single crochet), which repeat continuously and are therefore also ideal for taking along in your handbag.

The longer the yardage, the larger the shawl will be

Feel free to take a look at the pattern; I present three different yarns.

This shawl is easy and relaxing to knit, and you need exactly 1 skein of sock yarn for it.

You can find the pattern for it here.

The shawl uses knit and purl stitches, yarn overs, and simple decreases. You don't need to know much more than that—except maybe the basics of how a triangular shawl is constructed. A very satisfying knitting project!

This shawl is very well suited for people who enjoy lace patterns.

You can find the pattern here.

Two different lace patterns are used here, and both are written out row by row and shown in knitting charts.
You’ll need sock-weight yarn, either in two colors or just one, whichever you prefer. You can knit the shawl in any size you like—the amount of yarn needed will depend on the size.

Minas Tirith is a beautiful knitted shawl with a slightly asymmetrical shape.

This shawl, which is knitted from one corner to the other, is a true classic and a perennial favorite among knitting patterns.
The striking leafy vine pattern makes the shawl an absolute eye-catcher, an effect that can be further enhanced by adding tassels.

Materials needed:
  • approx. 700–900 meters of sock-weight yarn (approx. 150–250 grams)
  • Circular knitting needle, size 3–4.0 mm
  • Sewing needle
  • Stitch markers
  • Cable needle (if needed)
  • Beads for the tassels (if desired)
Required skills:
  • Knit stitch
  • Purl stitch
  • Yarn overs
  • Knitting stitches together
  • Knitting cables
  • Reading charts (knitting charts)
The pattern is easy to follow and includes detailed, professionally designed computer-generated knitting charts (charts—not written instructions!), as well as a diagram and a link to a video tutorial on how to bind off using the I-cord method.

Difficulty level: medium.

Here, wool with hemp was turned into a soft natural yarn.

The play of colors and the simple yet sophisticated pattern are truly convincing!
This triangular shawl also becomes a "MUST HAVE" in merino or cotton!

Missing an airy little something in your travel luggage?

Then this knitted triangular shawl is perfect.

To make it, you will need

  • a two-strand gradient yarn cake (optionally with a mother-of-pearl carry-along thread), approx. 130 g
  • a size 2.5 circular knitting needle
.

I knitted the shawl with the "Sakura" yarn cake.

The PDF pattern is suitable for anyone who can knit lace patterns.

Of course, the triangular shawl can also be worn at home.

Stylish triangular shawl to snuggle up in and feel good.

Cozy and soft, wonderfully loose and gentle, versatile and super chic.

The crocheted shawl can be made with different yarns. Here
a Woolly Hugs BOBBEL-COTTON (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic, yardage =
800 m/200 g) in color no. 01 was used. It was crocheted with a
3.0 mm crochet hook.

The shawl is approx. 190 cm long / approx. 90 cm high. Since the pattern
is very simple and repeats every 2 rows, the shawl can be made in
any size you like.

Suitable for beginners.

Required prior knowledge: chain stitch, single crochet, and treble crochet
Detailed description as a PDF file with text, crochet chart, and step-by-step photos.

This airy triangular shawl made from thin cotton is a quick-change artist, because it’s also a poncho.

In the knitting pattern, the complete shawl is explained step by step in detail over 18 pages plus an additional 2 pages with detailed pattern charts, including the pattern repeats and many photos. Basic knitting knowledge and a little practice are required.

The difficulty level is medium. The measurements described are designed for sizes 36-42. Other sizes can be easily adjusted.

Here’s the knitting pattern for the triangular shawl and poncho combo.
