Little boys are sure to be thrilled. A fire truck, and on such a stylish sweater, will make every mom’s heart beat faster too.

The sweater is knitted from a wonderful merino wool, and the little fire truck is crocheted from cotton.
Both patterns are described in detail and include pictures.

Here you can find the pattern

Even the very youngest boys are fascinated by trains. With this one—crocheted from cotton (e.g. Catania)—they can play safely, because it’s so soft and cuddly that they can even take it to bed with them at night. The cars and the locomotive are connected with Velcro. The cars are big enough to carry little dolls. And if the train gets dirty, just pop it in the washing machine!
The patterns for the locomotive and the train cars are very simple, though you’ll need to set aside some time to sew the individual pieces together.
Make your little train conductor happy and crochet this beautiful train for him!

Boys love airplanes. How about this mobile made of small, colorful airplanes?
Gather a few bits of colorful leftover yarn, and you can get started right away. The airplanes are very easy to crochet, even for beginners. And if a whole mobile is too much for you, why not start with just one airplane as a bag charm or keychain?
You can download the pattern here.

What boy doesn’t want to be a firefighter someday? Crochet him this firefighter hat—he’s guaranteed to love it! The pattern describes size 54, but it can also be made in any other size.
You’ll need about 60 g of acrylic yarn (Bravo by Schachenmayr) in neon yellow and a small amount in silver, possibly also a piece of black fabric for the neck guard (but this can also be left out).
You can find the pattern here.

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

..THE traditional classic in the tiniest format..

For this easy-to-knit baby traditional-style jacket, you will need approx. 100 g, e.g. Zimba Top by Schoeller+Stahl in classic traditional gray + 50 g (or leftover yarn) Regia 4-ply for the edging, knitted in traditional green, knitting needle size 3.0, and, if needed for the decorative chain-stitch chain on the front band, a crochet hook 3 - 3.5.

The PDF pattern contains 15 images.

In addition, as a bonus you will receive the simple version of my Excel table for quickly converting your gauge to your desired size (usable for all knitted/crocheted pieces, calculation program required, e.g. Excel or LibreOffice; the latter is available for free online).

Basic knitting skills are assumed (i.e. those are not illustrated).
Required knitting skills: long-tail cast-on, knit stitches, bind off, increase stitches (from the strand between stitches), yarn over (for the buttonholes), knit 2 stitches together.

By the way: This jacket can also be knitted without sleeves (then crochet around the armholes in green once with single crochet) as a vest.

Great fun for every little boy........

A crocheted cover to hide a balloon inside. You can swap out the balloon anytime, easily wash the cover, and use the ball both outdoors and indoors.

It’s made using simple granny squares, which are sewn together at the end.

A lovely project for on the go or for using up leftover yarn.

A lovely sleeveless hooded vest for transitional weather—traditional style for babies, I love this combination :-)
The little pockets add a bit of flair to the little jacket. The hood provides just the right style contrast!

And if you’re not a fan of the “traditional” look—just change the buttons.

This pattern is designed for sizes 92–98 .
However, the included template and gauge make it possible to knit any size!
