This knitted scarf is sand-colored—or, as some might say, butter cookie-colored.

The original is made from a merino/silk blend yarn with a yardage of 300m per 100g. However, feel free to use other types of yarn as well.
It’s essentially a ribbed scarf, though it also incorporates slip-stitch cables to make the pattern a bit more interesting.

A fluffy way to use up leftovers :-) This is how you get rid of that last ball of winter yarn and end up with a great result.
Approx. 200 g hat yarn (150g/165m) for the body and approx. 100 g fluffy yarn or mohair-style yarn for the rest. Hook size 5, some stuffing, a blunt needle, and two eyes. Fussel and/or Flocke are crocheted quite quickly with the thicker yarn. Chain stitches, single crochet, increases and decreases. Even for ambitious beginners, this is a project that will make the weekend a little nicer :-)
Your leftover winter yarn will still be turned into something cozy, even when it’s already too warm for a hat or scarf. 
Fussel and Flocke can of course also be crocheted with any other yarn; this will only change the size from the current approx. 35 cm and the amount of material needed.

Quickly Knitted Summer Shirt

This easy-to-knit summer model, size 38/40, is made from 250 g of cotton blend yarn for needle size 3.5 - 4.0, 50 g - 125 m.

The PDF pattern includes pictures.

The finished shirt has a stretchy back width of approx. 44 cm and is approx. 65 cm long, but also looks pretty shorter. Thanks to the simple pattern (with yarn overs, knit and purl stitches) and cut, this piece is easy to adjust to any size.
