Shells... these are memories of the sea, walking barefoot in the sand, long walks on the beach... Who wouldn’t want to take all of that home?
Crochet these shells (3 versions) from your existing leftover yarn. You can use any yarn you like, preferably pastel colors or yarn with short color changes. The pattern is very detailed with lots of pictures, which makes it easy to follow even for crochet beginners.
A beautiful decorating idea!

I designed this little bag especially for my vacation, and it’s a wonderful companion at the beach.

It has room for the essentials, and I think that, especially in summer, there’s nothing nicer than the feeling of lightness.

PET bottle bangle bracelets - modern, colorful, and casual!
Bangles or bracelets are the perfect addition to any outfit and always an eye-catcher. Here I’ll show you a special method for quickly and easily making stylish bangles with just a little material.

All you need is an old PET bottle, some yarn, and, for a bit of glamour, a piece of rhinestone chain - and in no time you’ll have a truly unique piece of jewelry. Also great as a gift or small present.

You can combine the bangles however you like. Whether you wear just one bangle (perhaps a bit wider), two, or several bangles at the same time - they’re always a real eye-catcher.
Depending on which colors you use, these pieces of jewelry can look elegant (e.g., in black and white), cheerfully summery (colorful in pastel shades), etc.

Go to the pattern here

No metal, flexible, and featherlight - making them super comfortable to wear.
Materials used: plastic from PET bottles, cotton yarn (Catania Grande by Schachenmayr), rhinestone chain, jewelry glue.

The bangles are washable at 30 degrees in a laundry bag.

Detailed description as a PDF file with over 20 step-by-step photos.

Who can do it better than our little ones when it comes to keeping memories alive?
Our girls look sweet in their little jackets ;-)

An easy-to-make girls’ jacket is something you need now and then in spring and summer, too!
The extraordinary border makes all the difference.
This vest comes completely without a button band—and is therefore worn open.

This pattern is designed for sizes 98/104, 110/116, and 122/128.
However, the included cut and the gauge make it possible to make any size.

And here’s the pattern and more details...

If you’re traveling to the Caribbean on vacation, a bag in Caribbean colors might remind you of your experiences there.

The bag is knitted in rounds from thick cotton in two colors. The slipped-stitch pattern used for it is very striking, but not difficult at all. And in the end, you’ll have a useful accessory for your next shopping trip to the market.

A scarf with hearts knitted into it, to remind you how strongly the heart can sometimes beat.

I wish you every success and good luck in love!

You can keep the flair of the wide world with you in everyday life, too—with a boho scarf that brings colorful big-city life to mind.

Here’s the pattern.

An airy summer scarf knitted from cotton in a dropped-stitch pattern. The special feature is the fringed ends, which are crocheted. They give the scarf a truly special style.

Ocean Beach - a dream of sun, sand, and sea!

>>> to the pattern <<<

The Ocean Beach shawl is an ingeniously crocheted triangular shawl that is not quite so pointed and can easily be varied in size.
The shorter color gradient of the sock yarn creates many small, differently colored diamonds, whose curved shape and colors remind me of the churning ocean on an Atlantic beach, with its waves topped with foam, shallows, rocks, and a beach with golden-yellow sand.

The pattern is richly illustrated and also suitable for ambitious beginners with basic knowledge.

Required skills:
chain stitches, double crochet, crocheting double crochets together

Required materials:
  • Approx. 170 g sock yarn (yardage 210 m per 50 g) - but any other yarn can also be used; the size will then change accordingly
  • Crochet hook size 4 mm
  • Blunt embroidery needle for weaving in ends
Dimensions: Unblocked:
Long side: 145 cm,
Short sides: 85 cm,
Height: 50 cm
