Are there any patterns for New Year’s Eve? Category suggestion: Lucky charms

Hi again

Today is Idea Day.
So, are there actually patterns just for New Year’s Eve? I didn’t find anything using the search function, but that doesn’t necessarily mean there aren’t any, since they might just be named differently.

For example, I could imagine making lucky charms
clover leaves, four-leaf ones of course, or a lucky pig, or horseshoes, or a big crocheted lucky penny as a keychain
there are tons of lucky symbols that would definitely work well as crafts

These lucky charms could maybe be made as amigurumi or as keychains
they would certainly be great as gifts
so my idea with all this would be to set up a separate category for lucky charms
or rather several categories, one for each craft technique, since lucky charms can be sewn, knitted, crocheted, or crafted
and not call it New Year’s Eve, because New Year’s Eve is only once a year.
But lucky charms can be useful more often, there are lots of occasions
the guardian angels that are so popular would definitely fit perfectly into this category too.

What do you think of the idea?

No commission, but a big compliment from me. I passed on your category suggestion, and it was implemented along with the new categories for felted knitting and felted crochet. You can’t see it yet because the patterns haven’t been tagged with the corresponding keywords, but I’m sure there will be something there soon. :-)
And of course, it’ll be featured on the blog as well.
