All you need is an old PET bottle, some yarn, and, for a touch of glamour, a piece of rhinestone chain - and in no time you’ll have a truly unique piece of jewelry. Also great as a gift or small present.

You can combine the bangles however you like. Whether you wear just one bangle (perhaps a little wider), two, or several bangles at the same time - they’re always a real eye-catcher.

Depending on which colors you use, these pieces of jewelry can look elegant (e.g., in black and white), cheerfully summery (colorful in pastel shades), etc.

For the material, I used Catania from Schachenmayr, but of course
you can also use any other cotton yarn - also great for using up

Everyone has good days and bad days, and these hearts express the different moods. The little hearts work wonderfully as bag charms or keychains, since they are only 8 and 11 cm tall.

What you need for this:

• Gründl Happy leftover yarn (approx. 5–10 g each in different colors)

Color examples: Pink/rose Light blue/dark blue Red/white

• Small leftover piece of black for the facial features
• Hook size 3.5, yarn needle, and scissors
• Stuffing
• Safety eyes (the funny safety eyes are available on Amazon - 70 pieces = €9.99)
• Alternatively, you can draw funny eyes on a piece of white fabric. Ideally with a thin black pen
• Optionally, a few bandage strips or little bows

Crochet Pattern Potholders 3D Look (Cube)

These great potholders with a 3D look are a must-have for any good homemaker. 
Totally trendy and modern, and guaranteed to be an eye-catcher for the other guests,
especially the younger guests.

Quick to crochet, you can even make a few of them when the weather isn't nice. Just grab a little yarn and get started.

With the yarn used, the potholders measure approximately 17 cm (side to side) and 19 cm (corner to corner). If you would like the potholder to be a little larger, you can use slightly thicker yarn and a larger crochet hook.

With just a little material and time, you can quickly crochet a beautiful crocheted flower as a hair tie (diameter approx. 11 cm). All you need is a simple hair tie and leftover yarn, such as cotton or other leftover yarns. This hair accessory makes a great little gift for girls.

Potholder “It’s So Green” - Tunisian crochet

A touch of fresh spring green as kitchen decor or for real use as a potholder made of 100% cotton – a useful little gift for all kinds of occasions.

Both the pattern for the potholder and the pattern for the crochet flower(s) are illustrated step by step.

Material:
For 1 standard-size potholder, 21 cm x 21 cm: 50 g light green + 50 g dark green crochet yarn made of 100% cotton/plant fiber for heat resistance, e.g., Schoeller+Stahl Record 210, 50 g- 90 m, according to the label 16 sts x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm), so 50 g of each color for the Tunisian crochet hook up to max. size 4.5.

For the flower(s), a leftover bit of cotton yarn is enough, e.g., Catania (Schachenmayr) or Limone (Schoeller+Stahl) for a 2.5 - 3.5 crochet hook.

Please note: heat-resistant cotton yarn (= potholder yarn) is only lightly twisted and is therefore difficult to crochet with, especially for beginners, because the yarn splits a lot. So if heat resistance is not that important to you, e.g., if you don’t place a hot pot on the potholder, you can also crochet with a cotton-blend yarn such as Pantino by Schoeller+Stahl.

In addition, we need a measuring tape, scissors, and a yarn needle for sewing in ends.

General crochet skills are sufficient; the Tunisian crochet technique is explained with photos .

When binding off, the large base area was revealed, inviting you to snuggle up in it. At the same time, the shawl drapes beautifully around the shoulders.

The Leviathan is well suited for beginners who want to practice an even stitch appearance and simple counting rhythms, but advanced knitters will also enjoy this simple yet effective pattern.

You can knit the shawl with the trendy Bobbel yarn cakes, but also with any other yarn. In the sample shown, one Bobbel is combined with Wollmeise Lace.

For the long Pentecost weekend, I’d like to recommend a lovely crochet project that is a lot of fun and will accompany you all the time later on.
