Dear users, dear authors,
Crafting for children + grandchildren or with children + grandchildren is fun. In summer, you can also do this wonderfully in the garden or on the balcony.
Download patterns now and spend quality time with children + grandchildren.

@Authors,
all CP authors can post thematically relevant advertising here.
2–3 patterns per CP author are enough. Please link directly to the respective product. The image should be of good quality. Information about the material, technique, difficulty level, and what makes the pattern special should not be missing either.

Kids love role-play and dressing up. With this mask it’s quick and easy, and they don’t even have to take it off for a small snack or to quench their thirst.

The mask is made of cardstock and construction paper and is very easy and quick to make. It’s one size and fits most people. If it’s too big or too small, all the templates can be printed smaller or larger and adapted to the wearer’s face.

a must-have for the fashionable baby!

Baby sandals or espadrilles are a hit,

the patterns are written in a very simple way and are very easy to knit,
and they also include very good photos of the respective projects!

the soles are knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, everything else in right and wrong side rows,
with knit and purl stitches, so no difficulties at all!

Even children can easily make a potholder, provided they’ve already learned knit and purl stitches. All you need is some leftover cotton yarn and knitting needles—that’s it. A potholder is a small, manageable project that quickly leads to a sense of accomplishment. The children will be proud when they hold something they made themselves in their hands!

Here is the pattern.

It’s probably most fun when cheerful, bright colors are used.

Crafting with Kids

Pattern

You can easily make this hyacinth in no time using cardstock and crepe paper. This spring bloomer is also perfect for a craft session with kids. The flower has a diameter of about 6 cm, and the hyacinth stands about 11 cm tall. At this size, the little flower
is sure to find a spot in your home.

Go to Olli and Olivia ......
Ideal for beginners. Single crochet and embroider a few strands. Quick to make and always different, depending on how you use the stuffing and embroider the face. You’ll quickly get a sense of accomplishment, and the results won’t always be the same. Great fun for everyone :-)

You’ll find more options for leftover yarn in my shop. Just take a look :-)

It’s always a good idea to have a small supply of decorative flowers on hand, because once you’ve made a few, kids will quickly find ways to use them: whether as decoration on a greeting card or gift wrapping, or glued onto a wire ring or hair clip—the possibilities are as varied as the craft projects themselves.

The flowers are made from cardstock. The patterns include templates for 3 flower shapes, each available in 5 to 7 sizes ranging from about 3 to 7.5 cm, as well as circle templates for the flower centers. The crafting technique is very simple and can be mastered quickly even by children.

With a little help joining in the round, even children who have already learned knit and purl stitches can make this knitted loop.

Using thick yarn gives you a quick sense of accomplishment; there are 39 rounds in total. You can also simply cast on fewer stitches, which makes the loop suitable for children, and in autumn, when the first cool days return, it’s sure to cause a stir among their classmates. A cool infinity scarf that not everyone has.

Crafts for kids are always great... just think of the children’s beaming eyes when they hold the finished crochet item in their hands, and the stitches practically crochet themselves.

Here I’d like to introduce a few crochet ideas from my shop:

These three rattles are especially popular with babies and toddlers. The pirate, princess, and knight are not only nice and soft to hold, they also make rattling sounds. This encourages children to play and further develop their motor skills.

This striped beanie fits every head. The pattern is written for all hat sizes, and by using different color combinations, you can crochet many different designs with just one pattern. Depending on the yarn used, the hat can be worn in cool spring weather as well as in fall and winter.

These crocheted chocolates make a great gift for the play store and the play kitchen. Naturally, they’re especially popular with little chefs and bakers. You only need leftover yarn to crochet them.
