new patterns first have to prove themselves. Our classic patterns here in this thread have already done so. They have already brought many people joy while making them and will bring a lot of joy to many more people.
Here in this thread, you can discover patterns where, so to speak, every download is a hit. Download proven quality now.

@Authors,
this is an advertising thread for all CP authors. 2–3 patterns per author are enough here in this thread. Only patterns with more than 100 sales may really be presented here. A direct link to the pattern and an image, as well as material info, technique info, difficulty level info, and details about what makes the pattern special must not be missing.

An absolute classic in my shop is Seppl Sleepyhead.
His favorite thing is his little bear cuddle cloth. He would also love to cuddle with you.

You will receive a detailed 41-page pattern with lots of photos to follow. The doll is approximately 36 cm tall.
The PDF includes the pattern for the doll, the sleep overall, the pom-pom hat, the cuddle cloth, the pacifier, and the little bear slippers.

Also suitable for ambitious beginners

Required skills: 
The pattern does not include a basic course. You should know how to crochet single crochet stitches, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet stitches, post double crochet, as well as chain stitches and slip stitches.

• approx. 100 g cotton yarn (hook size 2 ½ -3) in sand
• approx. 50 g each in mint, turquoise, light blue, chocolate brown & white, and a leftover in rose

Another real highlight in my shop is Bella the Pear Girl.
She is a gorgeous dress-up doll.
Her clothing is completely removable, and of course all the other clothing sets from my shop fit her too.

This casual bag is the perfect companion for summer!
Elegant in natural tones, with a classic yet casual shape, it goes with almost any casual outfit and is a
real eye-catcher.
With this special stitch, you can crochet in rounds without any offset, creating the ideal base for embroidered motifs.
In the photos, you can see the embroidered front and the non-embroidered back. Of course, you can embroider both sides or leave the bag "plain" - whatever you like best.



Materials: Schachenmayr Boston Sun (LL 100 m/100 g) in Natural (Color 02) and Linen (Color 05), 300 g each

Crochet the cute little sheep egg cozies

What you need:

• approx. 15 g yarn (craft yarn made from 100% cotton is best, as it makes the egg cozies nice and sturdy. Of course, you can also use any other yarn) in white or brown, suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. Leftover yarn in green.
• Darning needle and scissors
• A little stuffing for the head
• 3 mm crochet hook.
• Googly eyes and superglue

To give the little sheep a better woolly look, I crochet with “bobble stitches.” I explain these to you at the beginning of the pattern and illustrate everything with pictures. That way you’ll understand this technique very quickly ;-). All the remaining steps are also illustrated and clarified with lots of pictures.Difficulty level: intermediate; you should already have a little crochet experience ;-) and not choose the little sheep as your first crochet project.The sheep egg cozies are a super cute eye-catcher on any breakfast table! Also ideal as a gift ;-) !!!

Soul Warmer/Jacket – Crochet Pattern for Any Size. This jacket is nice and warm, stylish, and goes with many outfits! The jacket was crocheted with soft Katia Matiz yarn, making it very comfortable to wear. Of course, any other yarn can be used as well.

• The pattern is written so that it can be individually adapted to any size. It is extensively illustrated, includes a crochet chart for the basic pattern, and is suitable for beginners with basic crochet skills.
• For this pattern, you should be familiar with the following stitches and terms: crocheting in rows, chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, working two double crochets together, slip stitches.
• Materials: I used Katia Matiz (70% viscose, 26% alpaca, 4% wool), 50 g / 110 m. 4 mm crochet hook.

Knitted Shirt/Sweater “ALGARVE”

Two in one pattern:sleeveless long shirt, ideal for leggings, and with sleeves, a cotton sweater knitted in a simple lace pattern .

Thanks to the pattern, it results in ONE SIZE for women’s sizes 38–44. Smaller sizes can be worn as “oversized.” Weight gain and loss are therefore not a problem.

Required materials:
300 g (without sleeves) / 550 g (sweater) Austermann Algarve (100% cotton; 50 g – 142 m) for needle size 2.5–3.5; here: knitting needle  3.5, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle, row counter helpful but not strictly necessary. Gauge according to the ball band: 27 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm.


The PDF pattern includes the images from the image gallery; due to the simple cut, no additional images are included. 

Basic knitting skills are required, including yarn over, knit 2 stitches together, slip 1 stitch, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over (explained).

A wonderfully easy-to-crochet hat for various styles, so ONE hat model wearable in all the variations shown, for both men and women. Also easy to make for children or as a simple hat for babies (though thinner yarn is recommended).

• for any yarn you like

These crochet skills are enough: chain stitches, single crochet.

Material: for the model shown with a head circumference of 55 cm to 60 cm: approx. 250 g merino yarn, 50 g – 45 m, crochet hook 6.0; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends.
The ribbed pattern requires approx. 50 g more yarn than is normally usual for hats.
The crochet hook size should match the yarn used.

Conversion table for yarn amount, alternative yarn for knitting and crochet

This is an Excel spreadsheet for converting a yarn quantity from the “original yarn” to an “alternative yarn” of your choice.
Example: The original yarn specified in your pattern has a
yardage of 85 m per 50 g. According to the instructions there, you need
600 g of this “original yarn” for your size. But you would like to make your piece in a
different yarn (= alternative yarn). This yarn, which you have chosen,
has a yardage of 70 m per 50 g ball. You enter this information
into the Excel spreadsheet and immediately receive the required amount in
balls and grams for your desired yarn.
A gauge is always advisable. To determine the required number of stitches for your individual knitted piece, there is also, as a
bonus, an Excel conversion table for your gauge.
Technical note about Excel spreadsheets:
Excel spreadsheets contain calculation formulas and therefore require a so-called spreadsheet program. Calculations would not work in PDF format.

To be able to open Excel spreadsheets, a spreadsheet program such as Excel or LibreOffice (the latter can be downloaded for free from the internet) must be installed on the respective device. Then the file can be opened with a double-click. If the message “Protected View” appears at the top of the screen, please click “Enable Editing.”

The pattern for the fluffy little lamb, which can also be used as a music box, is very popular. And it’s not nearly as hard as you might think, since it’s crocheted entirely with single crochet stitches. If you use several stitch markers to keep your place, you’ll definitely be able to handle the slightly tricky fluffy yarn, because it’s absolutely worth it. Only with this yarn does the little sheep look like a stuffed animal.

This pattern is an easy beginner's project. The shape of the five points is created through skillful increases and decreases.
This design can be knitted for children from 12 months up to elementary school age. Only the yardage of the yarn changes.
The adjusted stitch distribution for a different gauge or yarn is easy to calculate. • Formulas for calculating other sizes are included
Edit: Of course, this design can also be knitted for adults.
What do you need to know? • Casting on • knit and purl stitches • kfb (knit-front-back) increase • knitting stitches together • binding off

Crochet pattern for 3D-look potholders (cubes)

These great potholders with a 3D look are a must-have for any good homemaker. 
Totally trendy and modern, and guaranteed to be an eye-catcher 
for your other guests, especially the young guests.

They’re quick to crochet, so you can even make a few of them 
when the weather isn’t so nice. 
Just grab a little yarn and off you go.

Using the specified yarn, the potholders will measure 
approximately 17 cm (side to side) and 19 cm (corner to corner)
If you’d like your potholder to be a little larger, you can 
use slightly thicker yarn and a larger crochet hook.

I’m Emil. I actually wanted to be a duck. But life as a raven isn’t so bad either.

Emil is always a favorite, loved by amigurumi fans of all ages.
Single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet, two eyes, and stuffing. Use whatever yarn you have at home. Starting at 70 g if you’re crocheting with acrylic. A little more if you’re using cotton.

Othello Family :-)



Othello is popular, Othello is a hit :-) Othello made his big career move last year when he was unanimously chosen as the class mascot for the new elementary school students. Since then, he has sat in his little basket in the classroom every day and is loved :-) 

The big dog is crocheted with acrylic (approx. 210 g - 50 g/133 m) and the little offspring with cotton yarn (approx. 95 g - 100 g/530 m): chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet. Increases and decreases, and then Othello is actually quick to crochet. Every amigurumi lover surely has some stuffing on hand, a long blunt needle, and you can either use teddy bear eyes or embroider them. From 50 cm (standing) to 23 cm...or something in between if you use different yarn.

This beautiful Nook (loop) is very simple yet striking.
Almost too beautiful to give away. But since it’s so easy and quick to knit, the whole family and many friends are sure to love this chic little gem.
Knitting skills required: knit stitches and the occasional yarn over. That’s really all there is to it!
With this pattern, the Nook can be scaled up to any desired size.

About Nook 2:
Since the first Nook was so much fun to make and was such a hit, here’s a second version.
Instead of simply knitting in garter stitch, we’ve added a seed stitch pattern in the corners and ribbing in the center section. This ribbing cinches the Nook in the middle, so it fits perfectly around the neck and keeps you nice and cozy.
This loop is also suitable for beginners, but it’s varied enough that even experienced knitters will enjoy it.
We knit using only knit and purl stitches and increases. (As a consolation for those who don’t like purl stitches… there are plenty more knit stitches ;-) )

Very popular last summer and now right on trend again: For anyone who wants to wrap their back-to-school gifts in a personal and original way, I crafted this colorful backpack.


 
The backpack is made from photo cardstock (colored cardstock) and measures approx. 16.5 x 22.5 x 9 cm. It can be changed in color and decorated differently, is quick and easy to make, and is also well suited for craft beginners.

The "Smile" crochet cushion is a lovely decorative cushion, but it can also be used for cuddling. I crocheted it in rainbow colors, but of course you can crochet it in your favorite colors.
