Dear users, dear designers,
dangling legs, bag danglers, keychains, shelf sitters and edge danglers are decorative, make great gifts, and are fun to make. That’s three good reasons to browse the new and tried-and-tested patterns on Crazypatterns.
Find out more and shop now.

@Authors,
this is an advertising thread for all designers here on Crazypatterns.
2–3 patterns per designer are enough. Only CP links may be used. Please link directly to the respective pattern, not to the shop overview page.
The image should be of good quality.
The usual information about materials, technique, difficulty level, and
what makes the pattern special should not be missing either.

Freddy the Piglet with Heart Crochet Pattern
Go directly to the crochet pattern here
The cute piglet Freddy wants to be crocheted by you!! With his charming gaze and long, gangly legs, he is simply irresistible! Freddy will be approx. 20 cm tall (including ears), the little heart will be approx. 6 cm tall and approx. 7 cm wide (at the widest point). His “dangly legs” can move in all directions, so he can also sit perfectly on any table edge or corner. What you need:
  • A 3 mm crochet hook
  • approx. 60 g pink yarn (I used Schachenmayr “Universa”), suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. Approx. 15 g white/cream-colored yarn for the feet and arms, also suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. Black threads for the face.
  • A darning needle, possibly pins to sew on the individual limbs more precisely at the end.
  • Stuffing/craft stuffing
  • 8 mm safety eyes
  • Scissors
  • For the little heart, you will also need red yarn (100% cotton), which should also be suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook

Scope: 25 illustrated pages
Difficulty level: Easy, suitable for beginners. Crocheted entirely in single crochet stitches. You should be confident making a magic ring, crocheting single crochet stitches, and increasing and decreasing stitches. Freddy is perfect for beginners!

Lenny and Leana the Wiggly Lions Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Hello, everyone! Our names are Lenny and Leana, and we belong to the extremely rare breed of wiggly lions. We’re about 17 cm tall when sitting and 30 cm long including our legs. We’re really cuddly, house-trained, and tame :-). Our mom says we’re easy to crochet and therefore suitable for beginners. You should know how to: work single crochet stitches, increase and decrease single crochet stitches, sew on individual parts, make slip stitches, and create a magic ring. What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 60g of yarn in yellow/beige or orange, depending on what color you want your lions to be. My boy is made from Schoeller Stahl’s Zimba Medium in color 0218. The girl is also made from Schoeller Stahl’s Zimba Medium in color 0022. The yarn recommends using a 3.5mm crochet hook, but I crocheted with a 3mm hook.
  • Leftover white yarn for the cheeks and the belly. This leftover yarn should also be suitable for a 3mm hook
  • Approx. 20 g of yarn for the mane; I used “fringe yarn” from the Schachenmayr “Brazilia” line, color 1027, lot 2206.
  • Yarn for the nose and mouth, as well as a thin black thread for the eyebrows and the dots on the cheeks.
  • 3mm crochet hook
  • stuffing
  • Darning needle and scissors
  • 10mm safety eyes
  • Pins to hold the limbs in place while sewing them on
  • stitch markers
A 27-page detailed crochet pattern with plenty of pictures showing everything step by step. I won’t leave you in the lurch when it comes to sewing the individual pieces together, either!
Difficulty level: Easy, suitable for beginners. However, you should already have experience working in spiral rounds and have a basic understanding of crochet.

Crocheted harlequins as keychains are always welcome
as a small gift,

if you use thicker yarn and a larger crochet hook, they will turn out bigger and
are also suitable as decorative items,

the pattern for them is very easy,

                             T
he cat....

                                                                                 The dog....

The charms are quick to make and ideal for using up leftover yarn in a cute way.
For all cat fans and dog lovers. As a keychain or bag charm.
10–20 g leftover wool/yarn, the matching crochet hook (2–3), some stuffing, and, if desired, two small eyes if you don’t want to embroider them. Chain stitches, single crochet, increases and decreases. Then the charm is practically finished :-) Anyone who has crocheted occasionally will enjoy making the cat and/or the dog.

Have fun crocheting :-)

"To-Go" Bunny :-) This little guy is about 13 cm tall and looks great in any color.
Single crochet, increases, and decreases. Add a little stuffing or even leftover yarn, and this bag charm or keychain could be with you as soon as the next day. If you finally want to make use of your leftover yarn, this bunny is just the thing ;-) A fun companion, not just for Easter...
Still have some thick winter yarn at home? No problem. You can crochet the bunny with that too. Then you’ll have the perfect cuddle buddy for the couch :-)
These bunnies are quick to crochet. Better get started right away ;-)

Have fun crocheting!

Crochet pattern: “Vassilli” Bag Charm

Details & pattern

Vassilli isn’t quite sure who or what he is. Some say he’s a mouse; others call him a dog. In any case, he’s adorable to look at and versatile. As a small gift, this dangling creature can also be made from leftover yarn.
