Knitting Pattern: Sunshine Baby Shoes

This little summer shoe is knitted in no time!

The pattern is for sizes 17–18 (10–12 cm)

Materials:
A set of double-pointed needles, size 3
30 g variegated yarn
leftover white yarn
a crochet hook, size 2.5 to 3

Difficulty:
easy to intermediate (suitable for beginners). Basic knitting skills are required.

Mini Sheep Keychain

These adorable mini sheep measure about 7 cm and are perfect as keychains, bag charms, or even as decorations. You can crochet them in any color, making each sheep completely one of a kind! To create a better fur-like texture, the sheep are crocheted with bobbles. I explain these in detail at the beginning of the pattern so you can quickly crochet the body. These mini keychains make great gifts, especially now for Easter :-)! You should know how to:

This 17-page illustrated crochet pattern explains everything step by step. I’ll even walk you through sewing the individual parts together ;-) What you’ll need

• A 2 mm crochet hook
• Leftover yarn (approx. 6–7 g) in the color you want your sheep to be (white, cream, beige, brown, black ...); this yarn must be suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook
• Googly eyes and superglue
• Stuffing
• A darning needle and scissors
• A small keyring (1.5 cm in diameter) or a thin piece of string to hang the little sheep from at the end

Small and Large Hearts

Crochet these small and large hearts and give them as gifts for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, Mother’s Day... or use them as pretty keychains or bag charms. They also make perfect decorations! The small heart measures 5 cm tall and 5 cm wide at its widest point. The large heart measures about 6 cm tall and about 7 cm wide at its widest point. What you’ll need:

• A 3mm crochet hook
• Yarn or wool suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. In the photos in the pattern, I used 100% cotton in the colors dusty pink and burgundy. But you can also use other types of yarn.
• Stuffing
• Scissors and a darning needle
• The hearts are crocheted in spiral rounds, which means you don’t need to close the rounds with a slip stitch or start with a chain stitch. You simply continue directly with single crochet. The hearts are crocheted exclusively with single crochet.

Difficulty: Easy. The hearts are very quick to crochet (experienced crocheters can finish both hearts in about 45 minutes).

10–20 g leftover wool/yarn, the matching crochet hook (2–3), a little stuffing, and, if desired, two small eyes if you don’t want to embroider them. Chain stitches, single crochet, increases and decreases. Then the charm is practically finished :-) Anyone who has crocheted occasionally will enjoy making the cat and/or the dog.

Here is the pattern

A slightly different egg cozy. With just a few grams of your leftover crochet thread, you can conjure up something fun and original for the table. Not everyone has one. 
The egg cozies are quick to crochet, and with a little time you can crochet your own little fleet of vehicles.
Approx. 10 g crochet thread, hook size 2 - 2.5, and just a tiny bit of stuffing or leftover yarn.
Single crochet, half double crochet, and slip stitches.

These baby booties are the perfect gift for expectant parents and, of course, for your own baby.
They’re ideal for using up leftover yarn, since a pair of booties requires only approx. 25 - 30 g of yarn with a yardage of approx. 133 m / 50 g. Using Bravo by Schachenmayr, the material cost for a pair of shoes is therefore 1 euro. They’re also quick to knit if you’re familiar with a set of double-pointed needles. Each round to be knitted is explained in detail.

I used Katia Cotton Stretch yarn (87% cotton, 13% polyester), 50g, 170 m.
However, you’re welcome to use a different yarn, such as cotton or a cotton-blend yarn.

Everyone has good and bad days, and these hearts express the different moods. You can use the little hearts wonderfully as bag charms or keychains, since they are only 8 and 11 cm tall.

A perfect gift for someone who, for example, is dealing with heartbreak or is frustrated from work. The possibilities for embroidering emotions in the form of mouths are endless.

• Gründl Happy leftover yarn (approx. 5-10 g each in different colors)

Color examples: pink/light pink light blue/dark blue red/white

• Small leftover amount of black for the facial features
• Hook size 3.5, yarn needle and scissors

• Safety eyes (the fun safety eyes are available on Amazon - 70 pieces = €9.99)
• Alternatively, you can also draw funny eyes on a piece of white fabric. A thin black pen works best
• Optionally, a few bandage strips or little bows
