All-season beanie knitted from sock yarn

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

For this feather-light all-season beanie, which is made with knitting needles in various sizes (the brim with size 3.5 needles, the main section with size 6.0 needles, the decreases with 4.5 and 4.0) and a size 3.0–4.0 crochet hook for the embellishment, 70 g of 6-ply sock yarn is enough, though 1 skein usually contains 150 g.

So you can easily knit a small loop scarf or even 1 pair of socks up to shoe size 36/37 from the leftover yarn :-) With colorful sock yarn, the color gradient appears automatically.

By the way: there is a sock knitting course with charts for all sizes
for 6-ply sock yarn here (click me).

Crochet Möbius Collar 1-2-3-4

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This collar wonderfully jazzes up sweaters and shirts.

It is crocheted from approx. 60 g of a merino yarn with 50 g – 160 m yardage and hook size 3 – 4 (here with a 3.5 mm crochet hook) and can be finished quickly in one afternoon. Beginners should allow themselves a little more crochet time.

Other yarns with a suitable hook size can also be used. In my opinion, however, the pattern shows to better advantage in finer yarns.

The Möbius technique in crochet is considerably easier than in knitting.

For the illustrated PDF pattern basic crochet skills are sufficient (chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch). Link tips for learning to crochet are included.

Women’s Hat Violetta - crocheted from raffia

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Well hatted - ready for summer..with a crocheted hat made of “paper.” The cellulose material is featherlight and can be “scrunched” into any bag.

Rafia “yarns” are either raffia or viscose, depending on the manufacturer. Of course, you can also crochet it with other yarns with a similar yardage and hook size (see below).

Basic crochet skills for crocheting in rounds are sufficient.

The PDF pattern is illustrated step by step for a head circumference of 52 cm to 55 cm and can easily be adjusted for a different head circumference (described in the pattern).

Also included are a summary to print out as well as links and tips for beginners.

We need:  approx. 85 g (= 4 skeins of 25 g each) Rafia (Adriafil), 100% cellulose (wood pulp), hand wash, 25 g – approx. 50 m yardage, for crochet hook size 4.5 – 5.0, used here: crochet hook size 4.5; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends, and optionally a narrow velvet ribbon approx. 110 cm long

Tunic/Top - Crochet Pattern for All SizesWith this pattern, you can crochet a pretty tunic/top for summer. This tunic/top is stylish and goes well with many outfits.
  • It was crocheted using a soft, high-quality yarn made of 55% silk and 45% cotton, making it very comfortable to wear. Of course, you can use any other yarn, but I recommend using a cotton-blend yarn for summer. For size 38, I used ten half-balls (1,200 m, 260 g).
The pattern is illustrated in detail and is suitable for beginners with basic crochet skills. Crochet hook size 4

(Almost) every little girl—and older girls, too—loves wearing a breezy little dress!
How about this absolute showstopper: the balloon dress with (or without) a bow!?!
No annoying seams to sew up, since it’s crocheted in one piece from top to bottom using the RVO technique. This means it can even be lengthened if needed, should the child outgrow it!

Even beginners can make this dress right away thanks to the detailed, illustrated step-by-step pattern!

Any yarn and any size is possible!

With this pattern, you can crochet not only great little dresses—short or long—but also a pretty tunic, because this fantastic garment is crocheted in one piece from top to bottom (so there are no annoying seams to close) and can be easily lengthened or shortened as needed!

The detailed pattern describes, step by step and with plenty of pictures, how even beginners can easily crochet this fantastic piece.
Just grab your favorite yarn and crochet it in any size you want with ease. The pattern “walks you through” the process and explains everything in great detail!

With the help of this pattern, you can crochet a beautiful cowl in pastel colors made of pure silk for summer. The lovely color transitions are created by the gradient yarn used. Of course, you can also crochet this cowl with solid-colored yarn or use any other type of yarn.
  • The pattern is fully illustrated and suitable for beginners with basic crochet skills. This pattern is nevertheless fairly simple, as you only need to know chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and slip stitches.
Yarn requirements: 250g total, with 100m per 50g.

The romantic summer skirt—a dream in pink and white with playful hem ornaments

This skirt was knitted to match a white-and-pink summer top, which I’ll introduce to you right after this. But it also pairs very well with a T-shirt, a blouse, or a top.

The skirt is knitted very simply from top to bottom—seamlessly—and can also be easily made by knitting beginners with basic knowledge. The pattern was written for sizes 38–42. However, it can easily be adapted to all sizes. I have described what to keep in mind in the pattern.

Here you can find the knitting pattern for the romantic summer skirt

The airy, light summer top—a dream in white and pink

This airy, light top matches the skirt above perfectly in both color and style.
But it also looks great paired with jeans or a skirt. Thanks to the special pattern, it is airy, and the fine cotton makes it very light. As a knitting beginner, you’ll enjoy it, because it’s super easy to make. There are almost no seams here, and you only need to sew the top together at the shoulder—or crochet it together if you prefer.
The pattern was written for sizes 38–42, but it can be adapted very easily to other sizes, both in length and width—and the neckline can also be enlarged.

Here you can go directly to the knitting pattern for the airy, light summer top.
