Difficulty level: intermediate

You should know how to:

• Crochet in spiral rounds
• Slip stitches & single crochet stitches
• Increases & decreases

You will need:

• Yarn with a matching crochet hook of your choice
  
• Cotton yarn (e.g., Catania) for eyes, mouth, and cheeks
• Yarn needle, scissors, possibly stitch marker
• Stuffing
  

Goldfish swimming to Australia—where on earth would you find something like that? Surely only in a fairy tale! Or on a knitted handbag.



The bag itself isn’t difficult to knit—you should have a bit of practice with two-color knitting, but you don’t have to be a pro.
You’ll knit with cotton yarn (125 m per 50 g), one skein of each color, using a 3 mm circular needle. The handles are then crocheted; for this, you’ll need a crochet hook of the same size. You might also want a snap button for the closure, and if you’d like to line the bag, you’ll need some lining fabric as well.

But Snow White grew up and became more and more beautiful, and by the time she was seven years old, she was as beautiful as the bright day and more beautiful than the queen herself. Once, when the queen asked her mirror: “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest in all the land?” it replied: “My queen, you are the fairest here, but Snow White is a thousand times fairer than you.”

To match, there is a Snow White shawl. It is knitted from 4-ply sock yarn. You need about 350 m of the main color, plus a leftover amount (about 70 m) of a contrasting color. That is enough for a shawl with a span of 150 cm; if you want a larger shawl, you should allow for more. It is knitted on 4 mm needles.
Two different lace patterns are used, both written out row by row and also shown in knitting charts.

All wonderful... but actually I would wish for health and contentment for my loved ones ;-)

I’m happy and content when I find a little time for crafting; for example, this project brought me a great deal of relaxation:

Beautiful colors + simple pattern + great cut = a snood you just have to have!
This loop scarf with a tartan look appears sophisticated, yet is so easy to make that it is also suitable for beginners !

With this crocheted cozy spot, I fulfilled a wish for my house cats. There will have to be more soon, because everyone is crowding around the sleeping spot. So I killed two birds with one stone and fulfilled wishes twice over.

Everyone certainly has lots of wishes... I do too... but what could be better than happy and content children? That is definitely a big wish of mine and also the reason why I crochet so much for children.
