Patterns for Christmas crafts

Hello, dear authors, and of course, hello, dear readers!
In this thread, authors are invited to share their patterns for Christmas crafts with you: decorations, amigurumi, festive items, colorful things, glowing items, sparkly things, and everything you need to be ready for Christmas—for kids, for adults, and for everyone who loves the Christmas and Advent season and wants to enjoy the anticipation.

Authors are expressly asked to write a few lines of text and provide some information for each pattern or link they post here. This could include, for example:
- How the pattern came about, where the inspiration came from
- Perhaps also notes on common mistakes that could be made here
It should definitely be about 4 lines of informational text per link.

Please note: Only 2 links per contributor and only one post per contributor in the respective thread.

I wish everyone happy browsing and a wonderful Christmas, as well as as peaceful an Advent season as possible.
It’s actually still a bit early for Christmas, but there’s always so much to prepare that you shouldn’t wait until December 24.

We're not really too early for Christmas; I went shopping today and already found Advent calendars and the like.
So I’d like to use this wonderful thread to introduce our most popular Christmas crochet pattern from 2013:

Reindeer Bolle:
He has been with us for a year now, our child loves him (you can hold on to his antlers so well), and everyone who sees him live at our home wants him.
sweet - cute - adorable --> BOLLE
So don’t hesitate and crochet him; he’ll surely fit in with your Christmas decorations too.

@Haekelkeks
The reindeer looks a bit sad and grumpy, but is totally cuddly.

Advent, Advent, a little candle is burning.
Is it Christmas again already?!

With this Advent wreath, of course, not all the candles burn throughout the whole of December. Each Sunday, another flame is added.
And the best part: When you leave the room, you don’t have to wonder whether the candles are out ;0 )

Beautiful wreath. I knitted one from eyelash yarn a few years ago, and it lasts for years.

I actually just wanted to crochet the “Holy Family,” but I enjoyed it so much that I kept coming up with new figures.  Now there’s an ox and a donkey, sheep, the Three Wise Men, shepherds, angels, and so on.

The star balls were originally created as children’s toys, but crocheted with fine yarn, and perhaps embroidered with small beads, they make wonderful Christmas tree ornaments, for a Christmas garland, to hang in the window  . . .

The letters are great for a Christmas garland, or you can hang them in the window as a Christmas greeting; they also include stars in two sizes and a beautiful ornament. Everything is very easy to sew. You can even sew them by hand if you don’t have a machine. (My tip: After Christmas, use the pattern for names; they make wonderful baptism gifts, or you can hang them on the children’s room door :-) )

I’m bumping this Christmas thread back up again, because you really can’t start early enough with Christmas or Advent items. The last few weeks before Christmas—or the Advent season—are often filled with shopping, baking, Christmas preparations, and decorating.
If anyone would like to share a pattern, they’re welcome to do so. If a buyer or anyone interested has a specific request for a Christmas pattern, it’s about time to say so. Please post it here—maybe a seller has a suitable pattern.

I’m not really in the Christmas spirit yet, even though gingerbread is for sale everywhere.

Oh right, there’s also Christmas. I like Domino cookies, but not gingerbread.

Simple yet very decorative. The white can also be replaced with other colors,

turning the “snow” into a “garland”. https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/3536/haekelanleitung-tannenbaum

Would you like to surprise your children (or grandchildren, godchildren, friends’ children, etc.) this year with a homemade Advent calendar that not everyone has? One that will be a faithful companion through the pre-Christmas season for many years to come and can be designed differently every year? Then you’re just like me, because that’s what motivated me to pick up my crochet hook and get started. And because I was so pleased with the result, I’ve written down in detail how to make the Advent calendar :

And the best part: The instructions for making the Christmas tree are included, too! So let’s get started right away—December will be here sooner than we think!

Bobby dreams of Christmas! This little dog is a must-have among the Christmas patterns. I crocheted him as a replacement for a plush dog my children had that was completely worn out. He was happily welcomed into the family.

What would winter be without the right lighting? Of course, homemade :)
So I can present this great Al Capone-style snowman to you.
He stands a good 48 cm tall and really looks great as a table or window decoration.
And he really shines brightly, just as it should.
The pattern includes crochet and craft elements, so there’s something for everyone.
Designing this pattern, or rather this snowman, was a real challenge.
But I succeeded and was able to create a clear step-by-step pattern.

(P.S.: I only uploaded the pattern today, so it may not be activated yet.)

Rudi with the red nose is a favorite motif for the Christmas season. You can hang him on a bouquet, on the Christmas tree, or use him as a gift tag to bring the recipient a little extra joy.

Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus—there are already quite a few of them :-)

Now here comes Christmas Grandma—a cuddly grandma in a beautiful festive outfit
Crocheted with lots of love, of course for my children—but you can also set this granny out wonderfully as a decoration.

She turned out to be 37 cm tall. The crochet pattern is illustrated and summarized in detail over 37 pages.
Besides single crochet stitches, you should also know double crochet, front and back post double crochet, as well as half double crochet.

I think the way your descriptions are structured, with information about the patterns, is great.
