baby clothing and baby shoes can often be handmade using leftover yarn or fabric scraps. In this thread, our authors present their new models + patterns for baby pants, baby skirts, baby overalls as well as baby tops, baby dresses, baby shirts, and baby sweaters.

Summer Set – Lemon
To the pattern!

The long sweater has a button at the neckline and an additional snap.
This makes it easy to put on and take off.
The shorts can be worn with or without leg warmers.

Merino Cotton Limone Sweater: 100 g white
, 50 g lemon
Shorts: 50 g lemon
52% virgin wool, 48% cotton

Stockinette stitch: 21 stitches and 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm

Baby Summer Shoes—Lemon

These little shoes are especially great for beginners!
The shoe is knitted in one piece using two needles. It’s super quick to knit.
Size 18, foot length 11–12 cm
Materials:
25 g Gründl Lisa Premium or leftover yarn
yarn length: 50 g/133
m; two size 3

Also suitable for beginners. Everything is explained precisely step by step.
Easy – intermediate. Basic knitting skills are required.

Materials needed:  100 g sock yarn, as shown in the picture, plus 50 g in a matching contrasting color.

By folding over the cuff on the little leg, you can adjust the pants to be larger or a little smaller; they simply grow with the baby.

Knitted in the right quality yarn, this shrug can be worn in any season and for any occasion.

This baby jacket features an adorable giraffe appliqué. The giraffe peeks out of the pocket with its curious eyes. The jacket is a cute eye-catcher.
Using the pattern, the jacket can be crocheted in the following two sizes: Size 62/68 (up to 6 months) and Size 74/80 (9 to 12 months).

I crocheted the baby jacket using Lisa yarn (50g/133m) from Gründl. Alternatively, the jacket can also be crocheted using the following yarn, among others:

• Schachenmayr, Baby Smiles Bravo 135
• Pro Lana, Basic Cotton
• Schachenmayr, Catania.

Materials Needed (Yarn quantities listed are for the jacket in size 62/68. For size 74/80, add approximately 30 g of yarn):
Lisa acrylic yarn:

• Pastel yellow, approx. 160 g
• Yellow, approx. 10 g
• Medium brown, approx. 10 g
• Scraps in cream, black, and white
• Crochet hooks sizes 2.5 and 3, embroidery needle, and sewing needle.

The pattern includes 24 pages with plenty of pictures and a chart for the appliqué.

You’ll need to know how to do: single crochet, magic ring, double crochet, and how to increase and decrease stitches.

Knitting Pattern for the “Spring” Baby Jacket

Step-by-step knitting pattern for a baby jacket. Numerous photos help you follow the process.
Difficulty level: medium.
Materials: Baby Smiles Super Soft yarn by Schachenmayr (50 g/163 m), circular needles and a set of double-pointed needles in 3.5 mm and 3 mm, 5 buttons, lace, and satin roses.
Sizes: 3/ 6/ 12/ 24 months

Knitting pattern for preemie socks/baby/doll socks/keychains..

Sweet preemie socks for a total foot length from 4.5 cm can also be used as doll socks or keychains, as gift packaging for money, or even to decorate a Christmas tree – there are no limits to your imagination.. The pattern, together with the sock chart, can be used for additional sock sizes up to shoe size 20.


The download includes 4 files:

This trendy baby knitting set consists of a hat, jacket, cowl, and baby shoes and is made from soft merino yarn, approx. 120 to 130 m yardage (approx. 150 g in petrol + approx. 50 g light beige or eggshell) for needle size 3 to 4. You will also need a measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for sewing in ends, crochet hook 3.0, 1 button for the cowl, buttons for the jacket if needed, and an appliqué if needed.

These knitting skills are used:
Knitting in rows and in the round, casting on stitches and binding off, knit and purl stitches, edge stitches, decreasing by knitting stitches together, increasing with a yarn over/from the strand between stitches, crocheting a foundation chain.

These sweet baby socks with a cable pattern, knitted with especially soft cashmere sock yarn (Comfort sock yarn) or alpaca sock yarn (from ApuKuntur), are especially temperature-regulating and cuddly soft.
