Download not working on Samsung tablet

Hi, I bought a pattern for the first time today, but unfortunately, the download isn’t working. I’ve been trying to download the pattern for an hour now. The download starts, and it just keeps loading and loading, but then I always get the message: “Downloaded file cannot be found.” I’m totally at my wits’ end. Can someone please help me? I really want to start crocheting. Best regards, Dani
 

Hi Dani,

why don’t you contact the seller directly and ask them to send you the pattern as an email attachment? That’s what I do with my buyers when there are download issues.
