You can always use hats. And the great thing is that, depending on the yarn used, these can be worn in fall, winter, and spring.

One such hat is my popular beanie. It’s very easy to adjust to your head circumference, so it can be crocheted in any size. This means you can crochet several hats from a single crochet pattern.

This pattern for this little sheep became popular very quickly.

Despite using the somewhat tricky fluffy yarn, which makes it so wonderfully cuddly, it is quite easy to crochet because it is worked only in single crochet stitches. But if you don’t feel ready to try this yarn, you can use any other yarn too. Have fun!

Two in one pattern:

• Sleeveless long shirt, ideal for leggings
• and with sleeves, a cotton sweater knitted in a simple lace pattern .

Thanks to the stitch pattern, it works out as ONE SIZE for women's sizes 38 - 44. Smaller sizes can be worn as "oversized." Weight gain or loss is therefore not a problem.

Required materials:

300 g (without sleeves) / 550 g (sweater) Austermann Algarve (100% cotton; 50 g – 142 m) for needle size 2.5 – 3.5; here: knitting needle 3.5, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle, row counter helpful but not absolutely necessary. Gauge according to the ball band: 27 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm,

For this easy-to-knit traditional-style baby jacket, you will need approx. 100 g, e.g. Zimba Top by Schoeller+Stahl in classic traditional gray + 50 g (or leftover yarn) Regia 4-ply, knitted for the edging in traditional green, knitting needle size 3.0, and if needed, for the decorative foundation chain on the band, a crochet hook 3 - 3.5.

My most popular pattern in my store is this set of little folding boxes . They’re very practical because they can be made in advance and stored flat to save space. If you like to give small gifts like key chains, bag charms, or similar items, these are perfect for you. You can decorate them to suit any occasion, season, or your personal taste. Here are just a few decorating examples.


 
The 10 boxes, which come in different sizes, have side lengths ranging from 3 to 8 cm. They’re made from cardstock, glued in just one spot, and are suitable even for absolute beginners.

One of the absolute classics in my shop is the Marrakesh Shawl .

The shawl is knitted sideways and can be adjusted to any desired size or to fit your yarn supply.

• 1 gradient yarn cake, 6-ply, 750 meters, or 4-ply, 750 meters
• 1 circular knitting needle, size 4
• 1 needle to weave in ends

The sweet little sheep egg cozies are an absolute "must-have" :-)

What you need:

• approx. 15 g yarn (it’s best to use craft yarn made from 100% cotton; this will make the egg cozies nice and sturdy. Of course, you can also use any other yarn) in white or brown, suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. Leftover yarn in green.
• Darning needle and scissors
• A little stuffing for the head
• 3 mm crochet hook.
• Googly eyes and superglue

To give the little sheep a better woolly look, I crochet with “crochet bobbles.” I explain these to you at the beginning of the pattern and illustrate everything with pictures. An absolute classic that is very popular with customers of Crazypatterns is the sewing pattern for my reading pillow!
There’s hardly a more comfortable way to prop up your book, e-book reader, tablet, or even phone so you can read, watch TV, etc. in all kinds of cozy positions in bed, on the sofa, in an armchair, at the table, in the grass, or wherever...

A classic among knitting patterns is the pattern for the shawl Minas Tirith.

 

Minas Tirith is a beautiful triangular shawl in a slightly asymmetrical shape, knitted from one tip to the other.
The eye-catching leafy vine makes the shawl an absolute showstopper, which can be enhanced even more by adding tassels.

Materials needed:

• approx. 700 - 900 meters of sock-weight yarn (approx. 150 – 250 grams)
• circular knitting needle size 3 - 4.0 mm

A recent addition to the classics: the little, fluffy cat. You’ll want to pet it right away! It’s crocheted entirely in single crochet stitches and measures about 20 cm when made with the yarn shown above. I used the Phil Douce fluffy yarn from Phildar. Another classic is my Sleepy Dino. It measures a full 50 cm long, and thanks to the detailed instructions, it’s a project that even ambitious beginners with some prior experience (see below) can master.

My most popular pattern is my baby booties. Whether made for girls, as shown here, or in “boy colors,” they make a lovely gift for a first visit to a newborn.

The pattern combines knitting and crocheting.



The bootie itself is started at the sole and knitted with a set of double-pointed needles; the top edge is crocheted. Just a few grams of each color are needed, and depending on the yardage of the yarn, the bootie will have a sole length of between 9 and 10.5 cm.
