These
knitting skills are used:
casting on stitches, knit and purl stitches, increasing stitches from the strand between stitches, knitting through the back loop and purling through the back loop, yarn overs, knitting stitches together, slip-slip-knit decreases, binding off stitches.

Material:
Basically, any thin yarn of your choice can be used with the appropriate needle size + one needle size larger than recommended on the ball band.
Used here: 50 g light turquoise + 50 g darker turquoise
Also Merino Lace wool, hand-dyed, 100% merino, 50 g – 250 m for needle size 2.0 to 3.0; used here: circular knitting needles 3.0 with different cable lengths (60 cm for the beginning, then switch to 80 cm cable length), circular knitting needle 4.0 with at least 80 cm cable length; yarn needle for weaving in ends, scissors; crochet hook size 2.5; pins for blocking.
My gauge with needle size 3.0: in stockinette stitch 30 sts = approx. 10 cm
