Dear users, dear authors,
the weather isn’t all that great. But that also means there’s plenty of time for relaxing crafting, since gardening will hardly be possible today.

Today is the last day of the big Easter Sale.
Maybe there’s something there for you?

Our authors are presenting everything here in this thread that can help you keep your good mood, so the gray weather outside can’t get to you anymore.

@Authors,
this is a promotional thread for all authors.
There is no quantity limit here in this thread.
A link and image, as well as material information, technique information, difficulty level information, and information about what makes the pattern special must be included. Good luck.

Häkelanleitungen für tolle Tücher

Schleswig-Holstein has so many wonderful beaches to offer, and of course they’re perfect for romantic walks. Since there’s always a light breeze here, a shawl like this is perfect. The shawls not only look elegant, they also offer a little protection from the wind.

The Snowdrop Shawl is a truly fantastic beginner shawl, because the pattern is very easy to follow.

You only need one gradient yarn cake with 1000 m yardage (preferably one in delicate colors), plus your 3.5 mm crochet hook.

The Sunset Shawl enchants with its gorgeous color gradient, reminiscent of the sunset over the Flensburg Fjord. This shawl is also well suited for beginners.

You only need one gradient yarn cake with 800–1000 m yardage and again your 3.5 mm crochet hook.

For these shawls, you only need to know the following stitches:

chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet.

The patterns each include a crochet chart, written instructions, and lots of photos to help you crochet them.

Little Lennox the Lion brings you those first summer vibes :-)

Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Hello, everyone!! My name is Lennox, and I’m a small but proud little lion cub. I’ll be about 12 cm tall and am an absolutely reliable and loyal companion who’ll always make you smile! I’m house-trained and won’t be much trouble around the house. Overall, I’m very independent and perfect for becoming your new cuddle buddy ;-)What You Should Know
  • Crocheting single crochet in spiral rounds
  • How to make a magic ring
  • Slip stitches
  • Sewing the individual pieces together
  • General basic knowledge of crochet
A 25-page crochet pattern with plenty of pictures for each step. I’ll also walk you through sewing the individual pieces together. Difficulty level: Easy, though you should have some experience working in spiral rounds. What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20g of yarn (Schoeller Stahl Zimba medium in color 0218) in the color you want your lion to be. The yarn should be suitable for a 3mm crochet hook (the Schoeller Stahl yarn recommends a 3.5mm hook, but it works great with a 3mm hook)
  • Approx. 20g of yarn for the lion’s mane (I used fringed yarn, but it also works great with leftover yarn).
  • White leftover yarn suitable for a 2mm crochet hook
  • Brown yarn for the nose
  • Safety eyes (8 mm)
  • Stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle
  • Stitch markers
  • Pins to hold the individual limbs in place before sewing them together
Now let’s get started! Do you have any questions? Just send me a message, and I’ll reply as soon as possible :-)

When the weather’s bad, it’s nice to curl up at home and dream of better times. A knitting project is the perfect way to do that.
How about a goldfish bag?

As you can see, the fish have already set off toward the sunshine.
For the bag, you’ll need 2 skeins of cotton yarn (preferably in blue and yellow, with a yardage of 125m per 50g), a 3mm circular needle, a crochet hook of the same size for the handles, and three stitch markers. The bag fastens with a snap button.

You can find more information here.

When you knit this lightweight shawl in beautiful summer colors,
you’ll forget all about the bad weather outside!

All you need is 100 g of Schachenmayr Tahiti and a size 4 circular needle.

The knitting pattern consists of knit stitches and yarn overs,

and of course the pattern itself:

When the weather’s bad, it’s nice to read a book. Snuggled up under a warm blanket, it’s very relaxing. All you need now is a bookmark.
This one is knitted in a lace pattern, ideally using slightly thinner cotton yarn, but you can also just use any leftover yarn you have on hand. You’ll need about 20 meters for a bookmark.
The pattern is written out row by row and also shown on a knitting chart.

You can find more details here .

Bright colors bring good cheer into my home. Crochet your world in color and bring yourself a little joy despite the bad weather.

Here are a few colorful ideas for you:

The "Smile" crochet pillow not only brings color into the living room, it is also cuddly soft. So you can use it either as a decorative pillow or as a snuggle pillow.
Here you can find the pattern: Crochet the "Smile" pillow

Egg cozies not only add color and good cheer to the breakfast table, they are also very practical. Because, as the name suggests, they keep eggs nice and warm...even for late risers. The "Butterfly Flight" egg cozies can be crocheted in all kinds of color combinations. And they make great gifts, too.
Here you can find the pattern: Crochet the "Butterfly Flight" egg cozies

In spring there are always chilly days, and there can be mild summer nights, too. How about this square hat? It is ideal for beginners, since you don't have to crochet any stitch increases or decreases. The ribbing can also be adjusted to any head size.
Here you can find the pattern: Crochet a square hat

All patterns include lots of photos and detailed step-by-step explanations. That's why they are easy for beginners to make, too. So bring some color into your home and start your new project.

Knitting for children always puts you in a good mood ;-)
And summer is sure to come!

A simply made girls’ jacket is something you need now and then in spring and summer, too!
The exceptional border makes all the difference.
This vest has no button band at all—and is therefore worn open.

This pattern is designed for sizes 98/104, 110/116, and 122/128.
However, the included cut and the gauge make it possible to make any size.

And here’s the pattern...
