Hello
I have the site in German, and when I download and pay for patterns, I get them in English. I'm old and don't speak English, so that sucks — I paid and don't understand anything.

Hi Calabria,

could it be that the pattern is available in multiple languages and you have several PDFs in the ZIP folder?
If so, one of the other PDFs should be the German pattern.

first of all, Happy Easter!

you need to select the German flag (see photo). Then the German patterns will be displayed.

in any case, you purchased the English pattern for the budgies (even the product title is in English!).
Please contact support so that the incorrect purchases can be canceled, and then, once you’ve switched the flag to German, buy the German patterns.

Alternatively, you can also send me an email about the budgies at info@zwergnasebaer.de, and then I’ll send you the German version by email.

I also recommend writing a short message to support. (There’s a link to “Contact support” at the bottom of the page—just click on it.) Just briefly explain the situation.

The support is very helpful and can also assist with cancellations.

Please just don’t be surprised if you don’t get a reply right away — the folks at crazypatterns are probably celebrating Easter too :-)

There’s nothing I can do about it myself.

The two purchases of the English version of the pattern were canceled by support, and you have been refunded.
