Unfortunately, I haven't received any downloads for the products yet.

@Silke,
is the store credit already visible at the top right next to "Account" as your account balance? If not, did you include your username with the bank transfer? Without that, the payment cannot be assigned.
Please remember that bank transfers sometimes take 2-3 days; today is only 4/13.

The patterns here are not sent automatically.
As soon as your account has been topped up, you need to go to the relevant product page and buy the pattern there using the blue button. Then you can download it right away.
